Great attention to detail. They made sure I provided all the correct documents, reacted to my questions and also followed up with the customs when something didn't seem right. The end result was what I hoped for.

I cannot register the voucher on their website or app. There is zero support from them if his happens. They have taken the money and run! I finally managed to get an email address but after 20+ emails of them repeatedly asking the same questions (which I answered repeatedly). they then ignore you and there is no resolution. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM SMARTBOX ! Have a look at their site and you will see they have no way to get help from them !!

We ordered some crockery unfortunately it was not suitable, far too flimsy and not suitable for us so we completed the returns process which is quite involved and paid around £13 to return it. It’s been over three weeks and I can get no acknowledgement from the company from repeated emails. At least one per week, if I phone them the people who answer the phone won’t discuss returns and say I have to wait for Helen to answer her emails, which she never does. So only buy something if you are 100% sure you won’t have to return anything as you may be as unfortunate us and get no money back as well as paying to send their stuff back to them.
