I bought a pair of North Face Thermo mules from Flannels, but after just four weeks, the stitching decided it wanted a divorce from the shoe!!

When I reached out, Flannels told me this fell "out of scope" for a return—apparently, their definition of "quality footwear" lasts about as long as a New Year's resolution.

I tried to use their online bot for help, but it had clearly gone on strike and was switched off. In the end, I went to North Face directly, since their gear actually comes with a 2-year warranty for faulty goods.

If you enjoy paying premium prices for "disposable" shoes and non-existent customer service, Flannels is your place; otherwise, I’d suggest giving them a massive swerve!

Had to order new tyres for my Sons car prior to his test. Using the website I was able to secure an appointment on my drive - Tom the Technician turned up in time and was friendly giving a full explanation as to what he was doing - I have used Kwik Fit a number of times and never had any problems both mobile and at their garage - they maybe not the cheapest but I would definitely use again

Ordered a pillow from Kally sleep due to a trapped nerve in my neck - waited several days for the delivery due to not sleeping and being a bit desperate for a decent nights sleep. Order just showing excepted but not dispatched - so had to contact Kally to be told that they were out of stock and I was refunded - disappointing for a company with a rating of 4.5!!! why not show this on the website? Very disappointing and frustrating experience

I ordered a replacement pair of Ray- Ban glasses, spending over £200, because I’d broken my previous pair and urgently needed a new set. After noticing the order was taking longer than expected, I emailed for an update - no response. I called today only to be told that an optician was waiting for a copy of my prescription l. How was I supposed to know that? If disappointment was a brand,this would be it!

Andy is my regular driver and is always spot on with my deliveries and is always within the time specified

Just had a air source pump fitted to reduce the running costs of our tough spa. The engineers who installed the equipment were clean and tidy. Fully explained the pump with a full demonstration of the key pad explained what to do during winter empty etc. Can’t fault the service at all would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Belstaff Gillet from Accent at a very competitive price - unfortunately the item had been mislabeled by Belstaff and had to send it back - customer service from Accent was great - Lisa who dealt with my inquiry/ return was extremely helpful - will definitely use again

Would definitely not use the online store - purchased a set of cordless hair straighteners for a Christmas present. Luckily I checked the box to make sure they were charged to find that the straighteners and charging cable missing - contacted Customer service who just refunded me - but I’m guessing for those who don’t check the box until Christmas morning are in for a shock because they have a thieving rat in their warehouse!!

Arranged to have tyres fitted at Costco Haydock. As I left my van in the bay was approached by a person who I can only assume was the fitter and the comment ‘who the f&$k has booked that in’ I asked if there was a problem to which he replied ‘no but there’s on me in’ knew then the job wasn’t going to get done. Low and behold drop the keys in return home to get a phone call 45minutes later stating they can’t fit them cause then van was to low - when I pointed out that they had done the last fitting they just told me the job was cancelled and to collect the van - I again pointed this out to the supervisor when I collected the van and he just passed me the keys and said it was to low!! He did ask if I wanted the tyres that I paid for 🤣🤣 needless to say took my business else where. Shows the level of professionalism and customer service - would give the tyre fitting a swerve

Had to ring the company today over a RCD360 head unit - found Danny extremely helpful and emailed me the instructions. Have used Travelinlite for a while now and can’t fault the service 👍🏽

Does what it says on the tin - middle aged still training hard and needed a supp that not only helped but also fed the engine - have it on subscribe so it’s never late been using it for over 6 months with great results

As a a middle aged fat bloke I found it hard to get control of my diet. I trained up to 6 times a week but couldn’t control my pie arm. I used other fitness/food trackers but Nutracheck is by far the best. Scans food, input recipes etc. The progress charts are great as well.

Just had my sofas delierved by Craig and Joe, have to say the customer service was top notch! they even helped me with moving the old furniture which was great help as I am curently injured. The sofas are great aswell! they must be as this the the second time we've bought from SCS the same sofa!!!
