Ordered a ring for my husband- arrived quickly and fit perfectly. The ring is lovely, unusual and my husband loves it.

We have recently returned from a 3.5 week holiday across Indonesia booked with Rickshaw Travels. The holiday was amazing, included all of the activities we wanted and was superbly well organised. We had seamless transfers between all the different hotels, and the guides that were booked for us were knowledgeable and entertaining. We had a great mix of nature, culture and geographical bits in our itinerary and covered a lot of ground. All of this was managed well through Rickshaw and their subsidiary Happy Trails. Communication with Rickshaw and then, during the trip, with Happy Trails was prompt with any query answered quickly. Overall the standard of hotels was excellent too with large rooms, air conditioning and friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both companies.

The service was very good value. Communication with the driver before pick up was clear. The car itself was very spacious and comfortable. The taxi arrived with plenty of time to make the transfer back to the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful.

Really easy to set up. Good to see a real time account of the cost in pounds. Very handy.
