Abysmal customer service with agent who did not care

eSIM constantly failing on new iphone. Attended Telstra flagship store in Bourke St Melbourne. Agent took phone and without turning off went to get a SIM. Installed and proceeded to access the Telstra mobiles account ... handed back phone said all was good.

Not so, after a while I needed to use the phone - NO signal or access to mobile service.

Travelled back to country Victoria without mobile communication.

Next day Sunday went to apple in Melbourne, they diagnosed issue eSIM had NOT been deactivated and SIM was not activated.- telstra shop in Highpoint fixed that.

Memo to Telstra - TRAIN your customer facing agents as poor performance reflects your failing reputation

Ordered a stocked item from my deal no response from seller after 5 days

Ordered a stocked item from my deal, delivery was 2-5 days. After 5 days no advice of despatch or response from seller. The mydeal website is cumbersome and lacks response. First question after 5 days to mydeal responded they would send to the supplier. next day no response so requested mydeal either confirm despatch or refund by close of business.

MyDeal responded with " sometimes supplier is out of stock" rubbish, as the MyDeal site shows plenty of stock of this item. The supplier DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE and has not replied to MyDeal emails for 4 days. - order number Order ID: 716320160 so suggest you escallate for refund

Induction wok cooktop

Ordered Induction wok cooktop delivered with flat top instead of concave. Received reurn label which did not correctly read at the Post office so could not get receipt. No refund of $512 Long 3 month battle with Help desk who were always helpful in " raising dispute" and sympathising. Finally admitted item received but no records of help desk chats so they deliberately loose evidence.
After 3 months no progress and money lost! do not do business with these robbers.
They replied to this review on 19 Dec saying they would investigate and reply in 3 working days, yet another missed promise.

Now 10 days and silence from this incompetent deceitful and thieving Company. The Australian Directors should hang their head in shame.

APIA spend lots on advertising it great…

APIA spend lots on advertising it great customer reps. The reality is opposite.

Small vehicle claim no fault when parked. Was told no excess would not be applicable.
Demand the next day for excess payment!
After 5 -6 hours waiting on phone systems to talk to a rep, gave up and emailed issue.
Rep called asked to bank details, nothing after 10 days, Tried again to be directed to another area who wanted the same bank details.
Another week and again emailed to be asked for same bank details yet again.
Seems APIA has no real integrated data systems as they have bank details from first application, and their reps don't have a CRM

Clearly a month later after providing same information very dissapointed in their total lack of service. Obviously Management dont care

Baracuda Capture robot pool Cleaner - don't buy as spares cost more than the cleaner is worth

Purchased Baracuda Capture robot pool claner from Bunnings 2.5 years ago - failed due to water ingress into motor/electronics compartment. When dissasembling found that althought the plastic case and lid had a chanel for a seal no seal was fitted. Consequently over time moisture entered.
Circuit board part number V1502K1708 failed.

Out of warranty Neither Baracuda or its agents will provide a replacement board at my cost, despite it being a discrete part - they want to sell a complete motor/cable assembly at more than the cost of a competitive replacement cleaner.

Used Australia Post to transfer cash to china in YUAN. WU transferred in US which cost me an additional YUAN 300 - they are theives with double exchange rates plus a transfer fee

Click and collect - Only Second hand unit available click and collect HP laser…

ordered click and collect HP laser printer. Ballerat store called saying in stock but customer return, advised them wanted new unit. Told I had to come to store to cancel order and get refund. Told the person stock was available at other Victorian stores and they should source me a new unit was told could not do this made complaint to Officeworks web page - no response after three days

No answer to phone at store, main call centre overwhelmed - Hopeless Company will not recommend

DHL International courier service - hopeless

DHL web information is hopeless as a parcel from Korea entered australia last week, cleared customs and went to Cairns delivery centre. They claimed to supplier this was delivered, yet no parcel has been received.

Tried to caontact DHL - two emails to their service centre on their website over two days NO response.

Their 131406 call centre number is a disgrace - 2 hours on hold yesterday with no indication on their IVR as to how long to wait.
3 hours today - finally told it was handed over to Australia post for delivery in 2-4 days. Rubbish service told the supplier to us International Post in future as DHL are hopeless
