Very perplexed having filled the form out to be told my car wasn’t affected when my Audi Q3 was recalled and went to the Audi dealer to be reset!! No explanation provided

I purchased 6 chairs and for a family of three the chairs weren’t subject to continual use. Unfortunately one of the chairs has become so wobbly you can’t sit on it and Nordina only offer a six month guarantee.
