Unfortunately my account got hacked and…

Unfortunately my account got hacked and was accused of making illegal copies outside of the app., they suspended permanently my account without even given me a chance to explain
And was judged. Very, very unfairly. The worst part of it I t they haven't even got the decency, but it's a reply to my emails and send me automated responses, luckily, I have Apple Music, and a few others that are probably better as far as bigger selection in music. And on this basis, I do not recommend Spotify. And if I could give them a lower star, I would overpriced and stink customer service. That's what you get

Was gonna purchase from them but all…

Was gonna purchase from them but all rude store agent thought it was funny to hang up on my call and then not bothering to pick up 5 seconds later when I called back, worst customer service The Carnaby st branch in London. Learn some customer service, will never purchase nothing from this outlet ever.

Total Delivery Failure & Negligence -

I am writing this as a formal notice to Nike regarding order #3526649268 (£169.98). My experience has reached a point of total frustration due to Nike’s changing stories, patronizing support, and the clear negligence of their courier, DPD.
​1. Evidence of Delivery Failure:
DPD tracking contains internal contradictions. One update claims the parcel was left in a "safe place," while another explicitly states the "Front Porch." A front porch at a London address is not a safe place. No signature was obtained, and the items were stolen as a direct result of this negligence. Under the Consumer Rights Act, Nike is responsible for the goods until they are in my physical possession.
​2. Failed Investigation:
I was told to wait 8 days for an investigation; that time has long passed. Every call results in a different story and "escalations" that lead nowhere. Promised manager callbacks have never happened.
​3. Unprofessional Support:
Advisors have been consistently patronizing, providing scripted answers that ignore the evidence provided.
​Required Action:
I require a full refund of £169.98 immediately. I have provided Nike with 24 hours to resolve this before I escalate to my bank for a chargeback and contact Trading Standards regarding this breach of the Consumer Rights Act,

Do not subscribe to Suno A.I

Guys do not subscribe with these guys, just use their free service if it's just a little fun, I paid a subscription, when their site went down for hours recently I emailed their support to be compensated in tokens or something, and didn't even receive a sorry nevertheless compensation no email, nothing!! Moving forward I emailed them again to link my paying account on my app to the account I accidentally set up on my pc, no email, no support, nothing. They don't care but will gladly take your money, disgusting support, rude and I've unsuscribed. There are far better A.I music generators out there that will give better customer support.

Nothing went wrong, it arrived, it worked, it just wasn't the item shown in the advert, it was a fake, a copy. Something made in China as they say
