Wanted to support a local business but…

Wanted to support a local business but their website died upon registration so I ended up with 2 accounts sending coffee. But I didn’t realise this due to them being a gift! Tried to cancel my
subscription over 2 weeks to no avail so I sadly have to say that their customer service isn’t great. Such a shame.

Brilliant service for the silent disco…

Brilliant service for the silent disco headphones. Very well thought out process, easy to use and my only gripe was not being told in advance a change in collection address to the delivery address was £12 more.

Utterly disappointed - an expensive mistake to make

Utterly disappointed - AVOID.

After thinking these were brilliant boots (from previous reviews) I'm now really disappointed that mine have a gaping big slit between the boot and the sole after only 30 days of wear (and only just over a year after I bought them). I contacted Muck Boots customer services who were, for such a large company.... TOTALLY USELESS.

They literally directed me to some glue they recommended to fix their boots! Judging by all of the recent comments on here they should be seriously looking at their manufacturing department (and retraining customer services whilst they're at it).

For a "premium footwear brand" I can't believe their footwear is so BAD.

I have also recently bought my Mum a pair for her birthday and I'll be getting a refund on them before they break too.

An expensive mistake to make - so AVOID if you've not purchased from them before.
