Excellent customer service. There was an issue with some socks I bought (branded ones that weren't Sock Supermarket's own) and replacements were sent so quickly with some extras too. Highly recommend.

Bought a pair of pyjama bottoms which were really poor quality with bad pilling before they'd even been washed. I sent a complaint via the online form which was never responded to and when I followed up a couple of weeks later on social media, I was told that they wouldn't accept a return because it was over 14 days. After explaining the situation, as an exception I was offered a credit note (if I sent the item back at my own expense) but decided not to bother as I don't really want to spend money to get anything else from this company, simply not worth it. Terrible customer service.

This delivery company have become an absolute joke. Packages just don't arrive with no real tracking or explanation. When they are delivered, they're left so far from the front door. I now am reluctant to buy from any companies that only use Evri for their delivery because you just can't rely on the package ever arriving, especially when it's a Christmas present.

Absolutely apalling - avoid!

I ordered some shoes which were meant to be a mid blue as I'd struggled to find suitable ones in that colour from a UK seller. However, when they arrived, they were actually a royal blue and not the colour I ordered at all. The customer service team refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem and are insisting that I either pay for the return or keep them and accept a discount on my next order. I will not be ordering from them again!

On top of this, the customer 'service' is incredibly rude. I was told "Hello,
It is the item in your order ,dear.
Sorry that you donnot like it
Sylvia"
