My wife purchased these boots. She really liked them Good wide calf. Wore them once and one of the boots lets water in. After doing an experiment that the company asked her to do. They accepted that the boots are faulty. Asking her to return them when they receive the boots they will send out a replacement. The company so far has dealt with the problem very quickly. My wife is waiting to see if replacement boots are waterproof.

Easy to browse, find what I was after and order. Kept me updated on my order. Product was smaller than I thought but that was my fault for not checking measurements properly. Good solid wood, Had to make a hole for one of the screws because it was missing. Only suitable for one rabbit. All in all a nice solid wooden trough for hay and treats. Well it was one of the rabbits had chewed it already, doesn't bother with wooden tunnels and toys in the shed where they live.

Ordered 2 T shirts for my sons birthday. He wears 2XL. No way were the T shirts 2XL he struggled to put them on. Then so annoyed of the cost to return them. £4.99 delivery then £3.99 to return. T shirts cost total of £10.98

Easy to shop online. Items are well packed. Prompt delivery. Products are well made. Great value for money. The items we purchased last year looked fab. Now we purchased more items to match can't wait till Christmas and display them all. I think they will look stunning. I had a product that didn't work properly. WeRChristmas were so quick in rectifying the issue which turned a four star into a five star. Excellent Customer Service.

Evri good at notifying you about your parcel, but they keep leaving them on the doorstep. Ring the bell its connected to the house phone. Have the courtesy to wait a few minutes, some customers might need time to answer the door.

Reluctantly giving 1 star rating because we could not give a zero one - Purchased Highgrove bed and Zonagel mattress back in May 2021. Driver found a fault with it on arrival. Exchanged but after 6 - 9 months top material was ripping in various places. Steff the Manageress appeared helpful again even offering an upgraded mattress when the 3rd one was faulty on arrival. We agreed on an upgraded mattress as we were verbally told it would be made out of different material. Our problems started when on delivery we found upgraded mattress was made out of same material and was faulty same as the others. We asked for a refund so we could go to a different store. Steffanie's attitude changed and became less than helpful. With a lot of outside help and support to understand our legal and consumer rights we have finally received a full refund including costs. We would advice caution when shopping here. We will never go to All About Beds again.

The engineer was thorough, replaced the drum seal on my washing machine, cleaned up after himself and left things tidy.

Your good at informing me about my pending deliveries and are usually quite prompt.
The only thing I'm not happy with is the state of my parcels or packages when they are handed to me or left on the doorstep. They are nearly always damaged in some form or another.

The lorry drivers Damien & Kyle were both very pleasant and they were as careful as they could be in carrying our mattress up the staggered staircase.
They were quite informative regarding caring for the mattress.

All my orders from WeRChristmas have been securely boxed and well made.
I've purchased more of the frosted range, garlands and a wreath they look beautiful. The ones I purchased last year, wall and table decorations looked stunning around and above the fireplace. So cant wait to see all of them up together for Christmas 2023. I only gave 4 stars because one piece of silver foliage had come off. Would have been 5 stars

Ease of shopping online, and quality of products that they sale. Some of the items were presents for Christmas, but did take a peek at the wooden cat coasters, they are nice and appear to be very well made. The organic jog pants are comfortable and fit me very well. Have yet to find out how they fare after their first wash.

Initially ease of use on their website. Friendly and helpful staff in the shop. Samples not only on the top attached to each other but also hung individually underneath on hangers which allows you a better look even taking outside to have a look in natural light

I was a bit taken aback when I opened the door and saw my package on the floor with invoice and contents exposed. When I mentioned this to the deliverer she said "oh it came like that" I brought it in and took a photo of it

Recently I've placed 2 orders in close succession. Its so easy to shop online. Don't think I have ever had a problem with Cotton Traders. Quality is always there even when I had to return shoes recently because of my odd feet there was no issues and my money was back in my bank account within a couple of days.

I was online looking to send a whitewater paddle through the post because of its length I was automatically transferred to Tuffnells. My anxiety issues were elevated as I had never done this before. Looking back the process was quite easy. Thought I was getting next day delivery (which would have been a Saturday).
On receiving confirmation estimated delivery was following Tuesday. Phoned the company they said because the parcel was going to Swindon it had to go through their Exeter depot which meant it would be next working day delivery. Exeter do not deliver on Saturdays.
If you want a Saturday delivery with Tuffnells always check with them first telling them the destination of the parcel as not all UK depots do Saturday deliveries.
