I moved to Zen (phone and broadband) last year from Sky and it’s been fantastic! I’ve had one small problem with my phone which was dealt with efficiently and well within the given time - communication was excellent. I was treated like a valued customer. I switched to Zen after reading reviews in ‘Which’ and I’ve not regretted it. It might be slightly pricier than other providers but I have found that it’s more reliable and it is highly doubtful that I will ever switch back to any of the main broadband providers again. I’m happy with Zen.
