I was so impressed with the delivery of my new Adidas Sambas which arrived well packed and the box intact after searching everywhere for my size then saw the SIZE? had them so immediately ordered them. Thank you for making me so happy having my size in stock.

I was so impressed with the items I purchased and loved all of them but unfortunately had to return two of my items as they were very generous in size and one item (top) a tad too short so hopefully they will return in a smaller and bigger size.
Delivery was well packed and arrived on time despite the hefty Next Day delivery charge because I am too impatient, then having to pay to return the items which I think Flannels as a company could consider online returns in store. ? Other than that I always enjoy shopping with Flannels.

Received my delivery next day even tho it was booked for standard. Now that’s what I call

Excellent customer and recovery service by the RAC would highly recommend them to family and friends. They arrived on time and kept my Daughter updated on their arrival whilst I was flying home and this gave her peace of mind knowing I would then be able to get home safely after having a faulty battery replaced.

My car went in for repair at Manor body repairs and even tho the repair took way longer than anticipated the overall repair was of excellent quality.
The staff at the body shop were always very helpful friendly and polite and kept me up to date on the cars repair service.
I was given a lovely courtesy car which I thoroughly enjoyed driving.
Special thanks to Abby who was such a lovely young lady and kept me updated on my car every few days.

What can we say about the Adanola knitted bomber jacket other than WOW. Excellent quality, beautiful grey colour ( purchased the darker one ) and stunning jacket that can be worn casually or smart like I wore mine with crop smart trousers and loafers. It’s warm enough to wear on its own now spring has arrived and not too bulky to wear under a coat.
It is slightly oversized so purchased a medium but not as oversized as the sweatshirts and other knits so stick with your usual size or down size for a more fitted look but my personal opinion because of the boxy shape I would say stick to your normal size.
Do not hesitate to buy as you wouldn’t be disappointed. I purchased one for my Daughter aswell and she loved it.

Ordered my dream bag from DeMellier but it got lost in transit so went through to Customer services and they immediately sent out another bag with next day delivery which I received within the specified delivery timeframe.
I was also kept up to date via email regarding the lost bag and also the delivery of the new bag.
I received the most exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable service by one particular service assistant who dealt with my query all the way to receiving my new bag and even after the delivery. Now that’s what I call excellent service.
