Bought a higland cow adoption for my partner she loved it only downside was the delivery company evri the used it would have been quicker to receive if I walked 500 miles & back to receive than for evri to deliver

Ordered online a pair of trainers took days to deliver cause evri who the used to deliver them are useless. Finally recieved package today completely wrong trainers and completely wrong size. Finally got through to customer services who will not send the trainers I ordered and will only give me a refund once the wrong ones they sent me are sent back. Surely a simple exchange by sending the right order with a delivery company would have been better customer service?
So I'm now out of pocket hoping the useless company they use return the wrong order so I can get my money back and then will have to make a special journey to a store to get the right trainers as size are the only store who I can find stocking the trainers I want 😤

Supposed to have a parcel delivered yesterday had to ring today to be told it wont be delivered for another 2 days apparently there were printer issues same excuse I recieved before when waited for a previous parcel from dpd. Have now decided I will not do business with anyone who uses dpd to deliver as dpd are extremely unreliable
