Order shoes for my son. Dpd never delivered them. Called up size who immediately refunded me. They advised me to pay for next day delivery and they would refund once arrived. I then re ordered and they were there the next day. Called up and the delivery fee was refunded immediately. Probably the most efficient customer service I’ve ever used.

My parcel was received by Hermes over a week ago to be delivered that day. Can’t contact Hermes to see what happened. Apparently it’s “lost in transit” not impressed!!!!

Vetanary nurses were great post op. However I wasn’t informed of severe bruising to my puppy after his castration until I took him back and raised my concerns. Only to be told “he had severe bruising immediately after op. It hadn’t occurred at home “ Receptionist was quite stand off ish. And didn’t seem to have any people skills at all. Will not be returning
