Criminals
Criminals
There are so many better options
Avoid
They have a “zero refund policy”
Absolutely don’t give them your card details
The phone isn’t answered
They don’t acknowledge post or emails
Just avoid
Despite all the emails, tickets and phone calls I get another email telling me my account is to be renewed !!
Criminals!
I cancelled the account in May but looks like they’re trying to take another £50
Do not use this company !

Review of Honest Mobile
Great concept but poor coverage
Customer service, awesome
The issue I have is that after a year and travelling up and down the UK I never have any coverage
Changing soon, love the concept but the coverage is pants
Yorkshire - bad
Darlington - bad
Scotland- bad
Home Counties - bad
Midlands - bad
And by bad I mean max two bars, buffering videos and calls dropping
Review of MandM
Quality crap
Ordered a coat
Was super surprised at the weight of the coat, loved it
Thought I’d found a real bargain
Posted everywhere about the great coat I had
A week later the zip teeth started breaking off
Combated MandM and told to send them the coat, sent them photos
Sadly if I send I then don’t have a dog walking coat
Won’t make the same mistake again

DPD lets them down
i used this company for years, all through lock down.
i found them on www.allaboutdogfood co.uk and liked what i read
i have 5 dogs and often have dogs in foster, i buy a ot of dog food !
i moved to Scotland and had to stop using them as they only offer delivery via DPD and DPD in Scotland is so bad and i truly mean worse than what you're thinking !
i moved back down south and started using them again but again DPD has let them down, again i have paid for next day and DPD have send me a "sorry we missed you" message.
i've stayed in so not to miss them. i've used the farm address as there's always somewhere and someone about. i've updated and placed delivery notes with everyone and again DPD don't deliver
i'm now back to Akela, they offer different delivery services.
unless you have a positive DPD delivery person i wouldnt waste your money here
Review of Enterprise
i dealt with 2 different branches, 1 amazing, 1 horrific
i dealt with 2 different branches.
i made the booking on line which was nice and easy.
i collected a van from the Motherwell centre on April 15th. Motherwell were amazing throughout, strong communication, polite, proactive.
The van was due to be returned to the Bletchley on May 1st
The van a week before being returned had mechanical lights flashing, warning lights, a count down to not being able to start, and a lot of beeping. The van also lost power a few times which was very scary.
When the lights came on and the flashing and beeping started I called customer service, they said the best way to proceed was to call the branch i was returning the van to, Bletchley. I was told the van could be swapped.
I called Bletchley when i was a few minutes away from them. They told me they had no vans and offered a very small car. They were going to call round and find me a van of similar size, then i could drive to the appropriate branch, as Bicester, Banbury and Northampton were all quite close.
Bletchley never called me back
The van dash board flashing, beeping and power loss got worse.
I called bletchley again
They were rude, and never called me back
I have a van for 5 days hire that i could not drive
On the day i was due to return the van it stopped and wouldn't start.
i called Bletchley. They were so rude, aggressive and OMG so awful!!
The van was left in a car park for over 24hrs. Bletchley refused to collect and in fact said "its not in our postcode"
Thankfully Motherwell called me and asked why the van hadn't been booked back in, I explained the situation and they arranged for the van to be collected by the AA.
Motherwell were brilliant
I have now complained that i paid for a weeks hire for a van and was stuck with a van that i could not drive.
i would recommend Motherwell, i would avoid Bletchley. And i'll wait and see before passing judgement on the Enterprise customer service complaints process

Criminal
Requested to closed the account within 7 days of opening
Ignored
Tried cancelling everything
Failed
Money taken from my account
Complaint made
They then request more money to closed the account and refuse to refund the money they’ve taken
Awful experience
Once signed up it felt like I had invited criminals to bully me
Don’t believe the advertising this is purely a scam to access your account and make money

Review of Parcel2Go
Really poor experience
So far I’m so concerned I’m thinking of loosing the £11 rather than sending my parcel this way
Searched and filtered for an option that didn’t require a printer, paid over £11
Now all I’m getting are emails telling me I must print labels
Really poor experience

Review of BAD Workwear
Scam. Lies. Miss Sold.
If I could give them less stars I would
1. Customer Service Very Very Poor
After ordering I saw my auto form fill had over written my new address with my old one. My mistake. I immediately notified them and asked if the delivery address could be changed, if it couldn’t I would like to cancel the order and I will then order again with the correct address. I was assured the address had been changed
All the delivery tracking information had the order going to the wrong address.
The email I got from their CEO was absolutely 😱🤦🏼♀️
By some miracle the order arrived at the correct address so I felt maybe it was just a blip and after all it was my mistake
2. It’s not water proof or rain repellent!
Got soaked. I’m in Scotland and working outside took my waterproof off as working indoor and had my hoodie on, we had to hose down an area, I got soaked. It repelled nothing.
Hoodie was a waste of money
Completely miss sold
I wasn’t expecting to be able to stand in torrential rain and stay dry but back spray from a hose pipe should have been ok (it wasn’t)
UPDATE
I was hoping I got add a photo of the state of the hoodie, as after one wash (at 30) with non bio washing liquid the pockets have falled out as they were glued in not stitched
Cheap
Review of eBay
eBay use to be awesome, what happened??
I used eBay years ago, loved it, it helped me raise funds, clear debts by selling items I no longer wanted or needed
It was the logical place to go when I was clearing out my house, to sell items found that were no longer wanted. WHAT A MASSIVE MISTAKE!!
I sold an item, posted it the next day (it was sold late pm) it’s been 5 days and still no money, eBay are holding it. The recent issue has been they want a debit or credit card stored to cover any fees, there are no fees and my bank account was stored to cover fees…..
I’ve spent 3 hours in chats with them this morning and I have no idea when this will end
All I am trying to do is receive the money for the sold item and now close the account, Facebook marketplace is easier and simpler
I’ve been lied to by eBay about the release of funds, their own T’s and C’s haven’t been honoured, they’re misrepresented their service and the buyer and my consumer rights have been violated
My advice AVOID EBAY use marketplace or one of the other online sites
Review of Millies Wolfheart
Great food & easy ordering
I’ve been using them for the last 5 years, I foster / rescue and often need to order different food to be delivered next day, they make this easy
They make ordering dog food easy, I like easy!!
UPDATE
Sadly on moving to Scotland I’ve had to stop using Millies, every order got Mia handled by DPD and Millie’s are contracted to DPD.
Disappointed after an email exchange and phone call Millies never followed up with me after DPD told my bosses wife to F Off

25 mins on hold when calling the Milton…
25 mins on hold when calling the Milton Keynes branch, call got dropped
Call the Buckingham office which had only just opened (12:00)
20 mins on hold
Drove to the buckingham branch
They’re not accepting drop in’s or would answer the door
I could hear folks making tea
Not sure it’s still about giving advice or more about “volunteers” meeting for a chat
Review of Direct Line
Awful - Avoid
History
I was with a broker and found the experience unsatisfactory. I had seen Direct Line’s (DL) advertising.
Took out a policy for my little car that only cost £600 , I do less than 8,000 road mileage a year. Vehicle is kept secure.
A policy with DL for my little car cost considerably more than my previous younger, more powerful car. I believed that maybe you get what you pay for, I was wrong
First mistake, you didn’t take a monthly payment. I called. Then you cancelled my policy because I hadn’t paid even though I had paid. I complained. Result, the unplanned bank holiday upset your payment system and the error was yours, you credited me £30 and apologised
I call to make enquiries about changing my policy, adding another vehicle, 25 mins and call not answered, I give up
Complaint
The next mistake was considerably greater
My policy ended on the 15/16 June
I called you on 21 June to ask why you hadn’t taken a payment, you told me my policy had ended
You had not notified me of this via email or post or call
I complained and I was advised by the call handler that if I was charged for driving uninsured this would be passed to you. I explained this was reassuring but I would like the same statement sent via post or email - to date nothing received
I’m then passed to the sales department to reinstate the policy. 20mins left on hold, I ended the call
I try to do a quote online, I’m locked out of the expired policy and account and the system will not give me a quote
I call your sales department, takes over 20mins to get the call answered
The sales department is unable to give me a quote, insure my car, anything, they can’t do anything other than apologise
You charge me over £100 for car insurance
I get a quote from Carol Nash, with breakdown cover the 11 monthly payments are under £40 (1st is £67)
The service is appalling and I would recommend any potential customers avoid Direct Line !
****UPDATE*****
The link below doesn’t work
Direct Line responded to my complaint, apologised and offered me a small sim as compensation (for me driving without insurance)
The compensation was to be paid within 7 working days, 10 working days later no compensation
Feel this further high lights their failings
Everyone in their call centres that I’ve spoken to has been wonderful, they’ve apologised and shared that they feel embarrassed and wouldn’t use Direct Line
Nice staff not supported and a company that fails to do what it advertises
*******2nd update
Direct Line apologised again, asked for time to review the situation and then came back to me to reassure me the compensation would be in my account in 5 to 7 working days, this was on July 11th, today is July 21st and no compensation
I’m so relieved I never had to make a claim!!
Must be the worse on the market, maybe that’s why they’re not on comparison sites !!
