Delivery issues - but resolved by Customer Support

Used these guys for over a year now and never had any issues - but todays delivery - well it looked like Evri had been playing football with the box - it was all damaged and upon opening the protein powered was all over the place and about 1/4 of the tub was ledf (it was a 5KG tub)

Jumped onto live chat and spoke with one of the team and shared images of the box and what was left inside.

The chap I was speaking with arranged for a replacement which will be with me next week.

Thank you so much - and fingers crossed my future orders will arrive like all my others over the past year.

Avoid

So this worries me a lot to the point where I won’t be creating an account.

I had concerns around making an account. So as this company don’t have any contact information I posted these questions on a post this company made on Facebook asking the below

1) asking around traffic been driven to the site. As the url they have isn’t getting many hits.

2) uk law says a UK seller online must display a phone number and address for customers but this website says you can’t do this. So I asked why.

3) I ask why the company wasn’t listed on companies house in the UK as this worried me on how they were trading in the UK

And finally they state they don’t get involved in buyer seller conflicts. So I asked how a dispute would be sorted.

I posted the above questions all in a positive manner and looking for them to reply to ease my concerns so I could become a customer.

In return my Facebook post was deleted and I was blocked from posting on all post and also blocked from the groups and Facebook page.

Last time I looked this isn’t a way to do business and instead of addressing theses concerns they delete the post and block you.

What are they trying to hide???

Safe to say I won’t be signing up and will be sticking with Etsy.

If that is how they so customer service I don’t see them been around very long.

Poor Delivery Experiance

Ordered some items from Kite on Friday as I needed to get some orders out to our customers.

Had an email Monday morning from DX who they use for Delivery to advise shipment will be delivered today Monday 17th

Gets to 16:30 and no delivery. Do an online Chat with DX to find out my order isnt out for delivery and the email is just a guide - I mean why send an email to say your item is due on Monday 17th if it isnt due.

Thankfully I live close to Proton Packaging so I think a move to them is in order which is a shame as Kite do the boxes I use and Proton's are a little on the big side - but with Proton you get your order when they say you will get it.

UPDATE -

Delivery finally arrived today - but with a number of items damaged due to poor packing.

UK - Unable to buy Syrups - Useless

Well, I just been online to replace the syrups I had used to find that what used to cost around £4.99 per bottle is now around £20... I'm thinking this can't be right.

Even look on the Sodastream website and find they only have 3 flavours...

Do some Googleing and find THEY have decided to stop selling syrups in the UK.

Great... Well, that's the soda stream machines heading to the local landfill.

Zero starts if I could!

Very Very slow delivery

Very Very slow delivery. You pay silly amounts for what is at the end of the day plastic and they take over 5 working days from date of placing an order for it to arrive.

So far I have been waiting for 5 days and it still hasn't been handed over to DPD for delivery. Shocking service. Next time I will order from a company who can actually ship items next day - EG Amazon!!

3 Stars at the moment - But has potential if they just opened up the App

3 Stars at the moment! - So where to start. I have been using the same camera from a US company for about 12 months. Looks like the camera the US firm use and Neos are a standard make and they both then write there own firmware to tell it what to do.

I moved from the US company to Neso as its a pain to have to keep getting cameras shipped from the US to the UK - So for me - for the time being, it will be Neos Cameras.

After getting them installed and setup they work in 100% the same way (as you would expect they are the same camera) but it's clear the US company is miles down the development path than here in the UK.

I really really wish they would allow RTSP which can be done with an FW upgrade, as well as allow customers to use there own cloud storage solutions rather than having to buy the Neos Boost.

I've been told these are coming, but that said I can see people have been asking for RTSP for over 6 months now with no sign of it coming any time soon.

Also, a nice to have would be an App for Windows and Apple TV. While at home would be nice to leave the live view running on a PC monitor or be able to flick to it on the Apple TV while watching TV.

That said... All in All great cameras but let's hope the development team at Neos gets up to speed faster and start opening up some basic functionality with these little units. If they did that. It would be a 5-star review from me any day of the week.

The cameras that we and Wyze use are both licensed from the same manufacturer but as you say we have different firmware and apps. Here we going again..

Here we going again...

So after a failed install last week, it gets rearranged for this weekend.

Appointment was made, for 8am / 9am.

Its now 11 am, and no sign of the engineer, and not even a phone call to say running VERY late...

Totally shocking customer service that First Utility is providing.

Shocking service

Shocking service, just had an email to say sorry we missed you.

Well seen as I am home, sat in the front room looking out the window I am amazed how you could have missed me, CCTV shows no delivery attempt. and no card left.

ANNOYED is an understatement.

Guess my £400 order from a company will now be cancelled, Vax won't be happy with you Yodel.

Shocking service

Shocking service, due to having an install done by them today.

Get emails from them to advise date and time (even this has been booked in for weeks) these emails tell me if I cancel I will be charged unless I don't give 24 hours notice. So all this is fine, don't want to cancel etc.

MORNING of the install I get a TEXT message (NO CALL) from the engineer who is based in BIRMINGHAM - Keep in mind I am in London to tell me he won't be coming today, and there is no one covering him so tuff I won't get my install.

Well, I am waiting for 9 am and I will be cancelling my 1st Unity account and moving to British Gas.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service

I had a policy with eSure, for over 2 years. I then needed to cancel the policy as it was no longer needed.

I called up and was told that I would have to pay a fee for the cancelation of the policy, which I was happy with, and that I would get a letter within the next few weeks to advise costs etc.

Once the letter arrived, I then enquired about paying this off in 2 installments, as money was tight to job changes etc.

I got a very blunt email to say no, and that the debt would be passed to a debt collection company, and they would offer this.

I have never had an account go to a debt company, and most professional companies I deal with offer payment plans.

I guess eSure isn't a professional company!!!

Would never use again, and due to this 7 people in my family will be moving from eSure at the end of there insurance term.
