Be warned if you have FRITZ!box wifi!

Initially got the tracker and it seemed to connect to the wifi automatically- which was wha I wanted plug and play. Then started to get discrepancies in the tracking data- saying dog was at home repeatedly despite being over 100 miles away.

Contact support via email, and they were woefully slow and responding. Not a level of customer service I would expect from any company, partially when you have to pay for a product AND subscription.

Finally told that Tractive isn’t compatible with the WiFi router (would have been nice to know before purchasing). The steps I could take to “try” and rectify this would be to change the settings on the wifi, which sounded complicated and I’m not sure I want to change the WiFi settings- particularly when this WiFi has been the vets I’ve had. Or buy a Tractive base station- so additional cost.

I’d already invested in two trackers, a two year subscription for the dogs and had to order the base station on top. It now works well.

Overall expensive, poor response times to requests for support despite numerous emails.

Amazing products and customer service!

I LOVE the make up- the foundation drops is simply the best ever formula I have ever tried. I love the eye liners and eye shadows.

I referred a friend for 20% off, and it didn’t come off her order. She contacted customer service who have honoured this and will refund 20%, and I entitled them to see if I would also get 20% and they sent me a code quickly so can’t fault them.

My suggestion for improvement would be to change courier in the U.K.- Evri do not have the best reputation, and one of my orders was left outside my side door on the floor where anyone could have picked it up. Luckily no body did

Lux skin micro infusion….not worth it

I purchased one month’s supply of each kit- glass skin, anti ageing and PDRN. Although they do seem to be nice, and I wake up with nice skin the next day I’m not sure they do much. I also see lots of Facebook ads saying to use this instead of Botox, which is bulk as they worn completely differently.

Let’s start about the serum, the vial themselves are very fiddly to open. I’ve only had one so far open like it should, the rest I have had to pull open the metal with tweezers as it’s quite tough and sharp and I did cut my fingers once. There is so much serum! It says to use it all in one session. You’d have to have an enormous face to use it all! I don’t think it can be used again so it’s such a waste.

The roller- this is a complete disappointment. I followed the instructions and kept it tipped upside down, but in all honestly you have to shake it every roll to get it to dispense the serum out like it should. So it takes ages to do your face.

I was going to use all the boxes before reviewing, but it’s so fiddly and time consuming I have a proper micro needling pen and I’m going to use that and apply the serums after. It will be easier I think.

I also got some face masks from there- nothing special again I think you can get better online. I also got some microneedle eye masks as well- again not sure these do much and you can buy exactly the same on Amazon only cheaper. I think I will actually use my proper pen to do my under eyes.

The products are not terrible, just quite underwhelming.

Don’t expect a response to emails!

Ordered before, products seem legit and good delivery. Thy do not respond to emails though- so poor service. I keep getting emails saying a product I’m interested in is waiting for me- I go to add to basket and it says it is no longer available. I’ve emailed to ask have they stopped doing it, or if it will be back in stock and not had a response so I’ve ordered what I want elsewhere.

Expensive and poor quality

For the price, quality is poor. Did not find good value for money, ordered two sets with collar, lead and harness. Lead feels flimsy, my puppy Would easy chew or break it. Haven’t even bothered trying the harness bone harness the straps don’t even match the harness itself. Think fast fashion- primark rather than anything that will last. Very disappointing when the photos online look so good. Would not buy again, waste of money

Didn’t receive item

Didn’t receive item. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. “Dog tags U.K.” isn’t actually a U.K. business, and if I had known that when I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered. No tracking- and didn’t arrive. Turns out it is an international business shipping worldwide- which wasn’t indicated on the website. I asked for a refund, and was told to be patient and wait for the item to arrive.

Gave a deadline and advised I would be raising a claim with card issuer, and started a claim. After the deadline I was told they were refunding me. No refund received as yet but the bank has refunded me.

I have no issue with ordering from companies in other countries- just be transparent about it and don’t mislead people. Wouldn’t recommend

Amazing products and fantastic customer service!

I really love the products from this company- they are simple, effective and easy to use with no fragrance (using actives I HATE fragranced skincare!). I love the cleanser, the intense moisturiser is superb and is great for my skin using tretinoin. The eye creams are lovely and I love the SPF.

What’s even better than the products is the customer service. I dropped my cleanser and the pump broke, I still had a fair amount of product left and didn’t want to waste any so I got in touch with customer service to see if I could get a replacement pump. They were very responsive to emails, and too my surprise are sending me out a replacement cleanser free of charge. Talk about going above and beyond!

Great product and customer service

I messaged bluefin with a question on instargram, got a reply in minutes. Decided to place my order, but after placing the order I wanted to swap something. I emailed them and asked, and got a prompt reply and it was all sorted!

Ordered in the Wednesday, board was delivered Friday and I was out on it on the Saturday.

My first SUP and I am impressed with the quality, it looks great, was well packaged with minimal plastic, everything feels well made and like the fact they plant a tree for the purchase.

Also the 5 year warranty is great too! Highly recommended by many I asked for opinions, and based on this product and experience I would recommend them to anyone

Amazing products and even better customer service!

What can I say about this company? I initially made two separate orders and was very pleased when I saw they were dispatched. Excitedly I kept checking the tracking, and there was no movement on my orders. I contacted customer services, who advised that due to COVID there were delays. I decided to have a little more patience and waited but still no movement. I contact customer services again who again responded quickly and super professionally, and arranged for replacements to be shipped out by a different courier on express shipping. They also notified me that they have changed the shipping method to the U.K. due to the issues they have been having, and that if my other order turned up not to worry about returning to keep it as a gift for the inconvenience.

I was so impressed with how they handled my query, and the fact that they had reacted quickly to the issues and implemented changes to U.K. shipping going forward. I was blown away before I even received the products!

My products turned up a day or two later (the initial order still didn’t arrive so that must be lost somewhere) and the products are such high quality and I have really seen a difference in my skin. It’s never been better!

Can completely recommend this company to anyone with no reservations, the products are amazing and great value, good values nd can’t fault the customer service they provided which far exceeded my expectations!

Be very careful with this seller

I ordered a camera from Toby deals, it looked a good price and thought it was a U.K. company. This was back in January. Then it didn’t turn up. Looked on here and was shocked to see the reviews and worried about not getting the camera or worse it being a counterfeit product, emailed them several times asking to cancel the order as it hadn’t even been sent. The order came, and after reading the reviews and now knowing they were based in Hong Kong I was very worried. If I needed to use the warranty I would have to send it to Hong Kong. I decided to return the item without even opening it.

I sent it back in the packaging it came in at great cost to myself. Just a FYI if you are posting something with a battery it can’t be sent in the post office to Hong Kong- you will have to pay more for a courier like DHL to do so. They had the item back, it went through an inspection process and they decided they would give me my money back (minus a return fee). They told me I would get a refund in 5-7 days.

Those days rolled by, no money. Contacted them and they told me they had already sent the refund. Checked with PayPal and they confirmed no pending payment and also that they wouldn’t cover me or help as apparently changing your mind isn’t a valid reason. So I started to worry more at this point. Especially as I looked and they have closed the website. Contacted again and they ignored several messages before advising they would look into in.

I have finally got a refund. In March. After it took them 3 weeks to send a product I managed to send back to them in 5 days. Communication is very poor, and it was an incredibly stressful experience. If you are waiting for a refund please keep chasing as I note they are trading still as Toby deals EU. Never ever will I take what looks like a great deal at face value- if it looks too good to be true it usually is. Lesson learned.

The BEST outdoor clothing brand!

Ordered my second jacket and again I am blown away by the quality and styling! This brand really delivers with rugged products that not only look incredible but are extremely practical too. Looking forward to adding new releases to my kit as they come out. As for customer service- only had one dealing (today) where I emailed with a query. I had a more than satisfactory response from Keith within the hour. Not only amazing customer service but super efficient too. It’s the little things like this that make a brand great.

worst courier in THE WORLD

Wish I could leave less stars than one. I feel sorry for the drivers who work there, but this company is a complete joke. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with deliveries from this company. There is absolutely zero customer service. No way to contact anyone, and now they don’t have an email online. Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. Last order was supposed to be delivered between 14.00-16.00. At 17.00 I started to get concerned only have a chat bot which happily informed me my parcel would be delivered between 14.00 and 16.00. Parcel turned up in the end at closer to 19.00 luckily. Just very poor service if you do have a problem as there is no one to contact to resolve.

Safe yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else

Terrible service, made an order in error and immediately contacted to cancel. Received some emails that were quite salesy, along the lines of was it another watch I wanted to order, advised no to just cancel. I paid by PayPal and still haven’t had a refund, I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal. They told me they issued a refund last week but I have spoken with PayPal this morning and they have not sent a refund or responded to PayPal. I probably would of purchased a different watch from them IF they hadn’t messed me around like this. Still no refund and have to wait for PayPal to sort it out would not recommend and will not buy anything from here EVER. Also no emails regarding were replied to I had to call the shambles of a company. Seems they are only interested in getting your money after that they couldn’t give a f***
