I ordered two bottles of Bollinger…

I ordered two bottles of Bollinger Champagne.
The champagne came within a few days and was very well packed.
The price was better than by other sellers.
I’ll definitely order from Conder Wines again.

Vorsicht!!!!!

I would give this company(?) 0 stars if I could. I advise everyone to stay away from this so called business. The customer service is a joke! No one answers the phone. I made a mistake and ordered four baking pans insted of two. I tried calling customer service and there was nothing but music and a voice saying wait. After 40 minutes I gave up.
Today I received an E_Mail informing me that my order would be delayed and I noticed that the first order had not been cancelled as I requested.
Unfortunately I paid with my credit card.
Please stay away fro GastHero GmbH. Save your money

Bad customer service!

I admit that the initial mistake was my fault. I realized that the delivery address was to my husband's firm which had moved. Calling Bon Prix is like walking thru maze. When I finally reached someone the man was very unfriendly and his German was worse than mine! I am not German but my husband is. I tried to explain where the package should be sent, I gave him the number of the order and my customer number. I ended up call hanging up in anger and calling back. The second man was a bit more friendlier but for some reason getting him to understand that the package should be rerouted to my home address confused him..his German was very heavily accented. I even sent an e-mail explaining the problem in German. I still have not received a reply. This morning I called and a very pleasant man helped me. I explained the problem, he gave me the number of my package,the Hermes telephone number, and told me to call Hermes and have the deliver the package to my home. The first two men my husband and I spoke too in Bon Prix customer service were absolute unfriendly and incompetent. The third man was very professional. Bon Prix should school the personnel in manners! They should also answer the e-mails from the customers!

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I’m glad that I only ordered one item but it cost€ 33,-. The money was booked from my credit card right away. Unfortunately I didn’t get information on this company before I
ordered.
Please warn everyone you know to avoid Loovincy. I see that I‘m
not the only person to have been duped by this website.

The articles come within a few days …

The articles come within a few days and are very carefully packed. My crackers came and not one was broken. The first time I ordered, there was a small problem, I called and spoke with a woman named Caitlyn. She was friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended My American Market to friends and others.
