Pumpkin Skin

The food is great and I love it but I don't like that the pumpkin meals have all the skin left on, it's unpleasant.

We have had 7 meals so far and all have been great except the pumpkin risotto where they need to peel the pumpkin better quite a bit of thick skin still on it, but the risotto itself was lovely. Meals are great sizes. We love it.
