Keep away from this company
I ordered one product and they sent me a different one! Not the one advertised. I wrote emails to their customer service and no answer at all. I have tried to get in touch by phone but some lines are dead and other just keep on ringing and nobody answers. It's been more than a week now and I can neither get the items exchanged nor a refund.

Dirty business seat
I flew Paris-Lima-Paris in Business and in both legs the seats were full of crumbs and dirt. On the way to Lima, I pulled the retractable table out to have some food served and to my surprise, the table was full of crumbs and spilled yoghurt. Disgusting! In addition, the seats have a design mistake that makes them to get stuck and don't return properly from the 180 degrees position.

£200 parcel left outside
My parcel worth nearly £200 was left outside the building door and the driver never rang the bell. I was at home waiting for this all morning and I just found out it was there when I left my flat. Unavailable contact details at DPD website which I think should be reviewed by the Ombudsman because it does not seem right.

A grade B wireless speaker working perfectly. The only thing is that it came with a little dent that was not mentioned on the description.

Misleading information and missold contracts
Please keep away from this company. They chase you all the time to get you to sign the contract. Once you signed it, that is the end of customer service. They do not reply to emails or phone calls. I was missold a contract by Michael Abonde in which I was offered the possibility to change the yearly contract for a monthly one within the one month free of charge I was given. After many unanswered calls and emails, Michael said that he was told by the company that the change is not possible and I would need to terminate the contract and pay a termination fee equivalent to the monthly fee of the 11 months still ahead. Also, there is an extra charging fee that was not mentioned when I signed the contract. As you can see, they are trying to make you signed a contract based on misleading information. Besides, the "ultimate" card reader machine they offered you, it is a very slow one that freezes quite often and needs to be rebooted.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND IMPOSSIBLE REFUNDS
Keep away from this company if you want to see your money back.
I bought 2 aplliances from them but I had to return one due to logistic problems within my company. I had to chase them almost for 2 months to get a refund.
Then when this appliance stopped working, within the warranty time, I called them to request for an engineer to come and repair it. Initially, they told me the engineer would be sent within the next 48 hours. I had to call them 4 times in order to get this done. I had to chase them again for many weeks. After 3 weeks of being unable to work, the engineer came and found that I had changed the plug fuse. I did this to try if that was the only reason why the appliance was not working. I could not afford to be 3 weeks waiting without working.
The engineer had to put the right fuse into the plug and that was it. But according to Buzz Supplies, this is not covered by the warranty and I was charged £136.45 (For changing a fuse).
I understand that I did change myself the fuse and this might have voided the warranty but it is clear that the appliance stopped working before I tried to make it work by changing the fuse.
Acording to the Company's policy:
"Engineer call outs deemed to be covered under the terms of a warranty at the SOLE DISCRETION of The Company will have the deposit refunded."
Also:
"For chargeable callouts, a full invoice will be raised to cover the total cost of work completed (including engineer time charged at the prevailing rates of the company and any parts used).
More than a month now and I have not received any invoice.
This company is only concerned about the money they can grab and do not care about customers.

Review of Gala Tent
Bad quality products and poor customer service
I used my 3x3m Pro40 gazebo 5 times. I set it up last week together with 2 leg weights that I bought from the same company and with winds of 13mph, one of the gazebo legs bent like a piece of plastic. I contacted customer service and they practically accused me of being lying when I claimed my warranty. Funnily enough, they offered to sell me a "cheaper" new leg.
They said that its "expert" quality control team confirmed that the leg had received a strong impact, something that never happened and I have witnesses with me when the bending happened.
I am a market trader and I have bought many gazebos before. I can only say that other brands are far more sturdy and safe.
Gala Tent gazebo is definitely not fit for purpose as stated on its website.
Terrible customer service and worse products. Keep away from Gala Tent.
