The website is well-laid out and easy to navigate. I like the way you can search for whisky by country or flavour notes, for example. I have ordered from you many times over the years for Christmas presents and birthdays. You have always delivered promptly and with no hassle. The one issue I had was last year when trying to pay with a John Lewis Mastercard and it said the order had not gone through - but it had! - and I re-ordered and it did the same thing but it had! Anyway I avoided that happening by paying with my bank debit card this time so I don't know if that glitch was fixed. The person I spoke to at that time was great and sorted me out in no time. I love you!
