Poor delivery service.
Good quality doors, Poor delivery, Paid £65 for delivery of my 5 firedoors, expecting a 2 man team or at least some sort of assistance, live on 2nd floor apartment went down to help took 2 of the doors my self from the back of the Van, left at the communal entrance with them. No help or assistance whatsoever, wouldn't order again from this company for that reason.

Our delivery terms are available to view online prior to purchase to ensure our customers know what may be involved, and again on your order confirmation, the below is stated within our delivery terms and outlined on your order confirmation -
"Please be aware that, dependent on courier company and their insurance and in-line with our terms and conditions, some deliveries may be made to kerb-side only. Hence it is important that a second person be on-site that can help with off-loading shipments."
