The request for a review has come before the product has arrived. Very disappointed that it is taking so long and wish I hadn’t bothered

I ordered a £40 bouquet plus £10 for same day delivery. In the notes I requested pale pink and lilac flowers. The flowers were delivered promptly but were mainly green mini chrysanthemums with some really bright dark pink gerberas. I was really disappointed as it wasn’t the colours I ordered and didn’t look anywhere near £40 worth of flowers.

Fantastic service from a small company. I usually have Gin Eva from them and as a surprise got a trial bottle of Knut Hansen. It is another truly special gin. Very refreshing and a great taste. Plus a really cool bottle!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy anything from this company. I had to fight for over a year to get replacement doors and drawers for a manufacturing fault that the company knew about. They were unwilling to do anything at all until I made it clear I would not accept the shoddy products. After having the doors and drawers replaced (it took 3 visits) one drawer front fell off becasue it wasnt screwed in on one side. On contacting the company for them to rectify this - they have said that I must purchase a new drawer front and I am outside of my warranty. Absolutely unbelievable.
