Avoid this bunch of scammers.

Avoid this bunch of scammers.
They charged me for a transponder for my vehicle in Portugal.
I 100% did not use the vehicle on any motorway and should of had the cost refunded but they jave charged me extra for use on motorway.Drive4fun when you reply why don't you add a copy of the charge to prove me wrong.
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

The villa itself was lovely and the rep…

The villa itself was lovely and the rep we had in Portugal was very helpful.We had a massive problem with a pair of dogs in the neighbouring house that was left in the garden day and night that was barking 24hrs a day.We asked to be moved and was told this is normal in Portugal Obviously this ruined our holiday completely and would definitely not be using villa plus again as things like this need to be sorted and let your customers know that barking dogs might be an issue.Also the beds where like concrete but our rep sorted out some bed toppers.

Unlike the UK, sadly, it is common practice for dogs to be kept outside in many European countries, whilst this is something outside of our control, we are sorry for any disturbance this caused.

As for the beds, we’re glad our resort team were able to provide bed toppers to improve your comfort. Your feedback helps us enhance our services, and we’ll continue striving to make our guests’ experiences even better.

Hippo customer service is spot on until…

Hippo customer service is spot on until you pay your deposit and then it goes down hill from there.All my questions have finally been answered but only after sending reminders.Still waiting for my used car to be delivered despite the website stating 10 working days my delivery is 14 days.Not seen the car as yet so can't comment on that.

On leaving the car park I was told to…

On leaving the car park I was told to pay another £130.After holding up all the traffic trying to leave I finally got out.The guy on the intercom was not particularly helpful but did eventually open the barrier and I did not pay the £130 they said I owed as I had pre payed for my parking

Do you know what customer service is?!!!

Sent wrong items and one missing.was refunded for missing item but not for the incorrect salt.When you buy an item online you expect to receive what and the amount you ordered.I was only refunded when I challenged this company via email.
I'm left with a flavour duplicated that I don't want and left short of my order.What gets me is they did not even have the decency to inform me and that is very poor customer service and for that very reason both my partner and myself will never use this company again.

Told item was ready to collect but went to store to be told item was not there.
Contacted lloyds 4 days ago and still no reply so now going through PayPal to try and get a refund.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS SHOWER AND USE A COMPANY THAT ANSWERS EMAILS AND DO T RIP OFF CUSTOMERS

Complete shower cancelled my policy within 14 days.They are great when you are opening an account but wait until you call them with a simple things and 25mins later and passed to 4 different people.Yeah good one!!!!!!!
