Cat hates it

Went for a trial box. Food looks like mushy rubbish that you'd get from a cheap brand. Cat refuses to go anywhere near it. Went back to her usual brand (fish4cats) which provides proper chunks of meat which she enjoys. Am not going to starve cat to try and force her to commit to Katkin. They promise a lot but the food looks like mushy rubbish.

Response to Katkin comment: rest of trial box has been binned. I'm not going to force my cat to change food if she clearly has no interest in eating mush. I noted your suggestion to mix it in with her current food but frankly that's BS. Cats are smarter than that. We also tried your freeze dry chicken treats. She refused to go anywhere near them. Couldnt have been a more negative experience for her really.

Our food is designed to have a chunky, meaty texture that cats love. Except for our Splash recipe, which has a slightly finer texture! So we would like to look into this further for you, which is why we have requested your contact details.


We would also like to chat through some extra switching tips. It's not uncommon for cats not to take to their fresh food right away, as they're naturally cautious creatures.

We never recommend your cat going longer than 24 hours without eating, this is in our switching guidelines.

Smells good but weak performance

Smells very close to the originals and is very good from that perspective. But the smell doesn't last long and fades quite quickly. So inevitably you end up using more than you otherwise would. So you may as well buy the original. Costs more but probably balances out.

Car had barely any engine oil - totally incompetent

Rented car from Edinburgh Airport. Car had barely any engine oil in it. We had to get roadside recovery out and were thankfully at the hotel but still had to wait 3 hours for them to turn up. Killed an entire day for us of our holiday. I am beyond furious with how inept these people are. It's a basic check: fuel, oil, screenwash, tyres. Absolutely livid. The car could have broken down in the middle of nowhere.

Absolutely awful quality

Bought bamboo socks in mid-February 2024. All socks already have giant holes in on the toes. Absolutely awful and a total waste of money. Worst socks I have ever bought in terms longevity.

UPDATE: I'm sorry if you can't stomach a negative review for your awful products. What kind of response is that you absolute snowflake.

Fit is absolute rubbish

Don't bother buying, the advertisement is a load of BS. I waited a month for my tee and whilst quality was good the fit was bad. I have better and cheaper t shirts. Don't bother ordering from True Classic, the adverts around the fit on arms/shoulders vs stomach is utter rubbish.

My Instagram reviews also keep getting deleted. Looks like TC can't handle a truthful review.

Update in response to TC comment: it's not a sizing issue, I have bought tee shirts before and used your online guide. I've also no interest in buying from you again after this experience so do t bother reaching out.

Bummed to hear the fit was off! Sounds like a sizing issue. We’ll reach out for some more info! We did reach out numerous times, and never received a response. We refunded this person's entire order.

Disgraceful - no deliveries

Disgraceful. Paid for a subscription and told magazines would arrives in 4th of every month. It's now the 9th and my first magazine still not here. Help centre hasn't replied to me and their automatic emails blame Royal Mail delays - there are no delays, the rest of our post is fine. The issue is their incompetence. Unfortunately before launching a fraud claim I have to wait a month - guess they have 3 weeks or so to deliver (pun intended!)

Review of The Wedding Shop

Awful, slow, deceitful

We went with The Wedding Shop due to their large range and guarantee from their sales team of the gifts being delivered to us 6-8 weeks after the wedding. It's now been 6 months since our wedding and we have only been able to order for delivery one-third of our gift list. The rest is apparently delayed getting to their warehouse due to supply chain issues. Not experienced this anywhere else - they're incredibly slow and I would not recommend using The Wedding Shop at all.

Plenty of other options out there. Maybe we will finally get everything in time for our 1 year anniversary.....?!

Rude and disgraceful customer service

Rude and disgraceful customer service. Refused to let me leave and receive my PAC code until I'd spent over 2 hours on phone with them saying 'no' to every deal they could offer. Having finally got my PAC code it then wouldn't work because they disconnected my number that day preventing the switch of my number from Three to my new provider. They then tried to blame that on me. Disgusting customer service where the customer is always wrong and they attempt to imprison you when you have a right to leave. Never again.
