Delivery on time, polite and courteous.

I ordered a number of pieces from this retailer. I have used them before and not only found the furniture items to be of high quality, but also a consistent level of very good service from their staff. I would mention Ishraq who held our hands throughout the ordering process and couldn't have been more helpful. Also a mention for Nisya who helped us in store. Both were very patient as we debated various options and combinations but never hurried or hassled us to make the sale. I would definitely recommend Camerich for a high class furniture shopping experience.

I was having trouble getting my card to work so contacted customer service. Qindeel handled my query and was very helpful, quickly organising a replacement card and guiding me through the registration system and linking the card to my existing Octopus account. It was a very positive outcome and well handled.

Item arrived quickly and was one of the few outlets where I could get this sensor.

I had used CICAR some time ago, but had forgotten how good a hire company they are. The booking process was easy and straightforward, and I was pleased to see that the price was inclusive of insurance and that there were no extras to pay. When we arrived to pick up the car it was all done in a couple of minutes, and , again, no pressure to buy costly extras. The car was exactly as I had ordered, and relatively new, which was a bonus. We had no problems during the rental, but when we returned the car, we had left a half tank of petrol instead of returning it empty. This was noted, and although we did not ask for it, the company later refunded half the cost of the petrol to my card. This was unexpected and represents great customer service.

Received my parcel via DPD and once again exactly as expected and described. I really appreciate being given a time slot which was correct as usual. The advance notification is efficient by text/email and the ability to check progress and almost predict to the minute when a parcel will arrive makes it easy to plan. I think they are the best for deliveries to our house, and would use them exclusively for my own outbound deliveries if they were a little cheaper for my smaller parcels. Overall a very good service.

I had a very positive experience with Pod Point. Initially, I found the booking process quite straightforward. We had a bit of a hiccough when the Corona Virus crisis led to them cancelling my appointment, but after some discussion, this was reinstated and fitted around the same time as the original appointment. I would like to make a special mention of the installer, Nick Green, who was friendly helpful and efficient. He fully respected the social distancing requirements without compromising the installation. My new car hasn't arrived yet, so I can't comment on the charger actually working, but so far so good!

I had not used Sheds Direct before, but their price for a garden arch was very competitive and I decided to try them. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was told how the arch would be delivered, and how this would be communicated to me. I was kept informed and the arch arrived just a few days later without fuss. All in all a very good experience, and I would certainly use them again.

I can see others have had a problem and have rated accordingly, but I have been using myHermes for past couple of years and have yet to experience any issues. I think the costs are pretty good against Royal Mail, certainly for anything larger than a very small parcel. I can drop off at my local Doddle which is easier than queuing up at the Post Office and can then easily track my parcel on the website. I haven't tried rival delivery services, other than Royal Mail so can't compare, but I'm very happy with myHermes up to now.

I have been using Doddle for past few months and have been very impressed. Firstly I used to drop off Hermes parcels, but now I am also picking up Amazon deliveries from them, and beginning to use them for retail returns. They are a great one-stop-shop for parcel drop off and collection, although I haven't yet used their own paid for service. The staff are very helpful, and courteous, and , to date, I have had no problems or mishaps with the service. I would certainly recommend for anyone who hasn't tried them yet.
