Customer service, but why?
My card information was stolen on a payment page and not my account was hacked. I can no longer count how many transaction attempts were made in a single 24 hours on my particular card. Thus, the card and its associated sub-account will now be trashed.
Customer service didn’t take the solution any further, in fact.
I now have a blocked account along with the other 3 subaccounts. That's how much we could have moved forward from 9 a.m. this morning. I didn’t expect any issues to be resolved any time soon, but I didn’t expect the outcome to be worse than it was. Because I could have used my other three sub-accounts in addition to freezing my attacked account / card. And that one is plowed, I pour gasoline and light it, or something like that. Shall I put it all in now, or ...?
My head and files are already worn out from a lot of photography that can’t even be uploaded to their system because it doesn’t work! Escape from this bank because you are only a valued customer until you have a problem!
update: 22 06 On the third day, I can’t do the scanning and self-video checking. This application module does not work. However, customer service repeats the same thing as a parrot. The application used to run smoothly on this phone. It still works normally. They have no technical (competent IT) support at all! They really don’t need the customer.
