Crazy!
Right, I will tell you straight away, that I am not complaining about the product. I am though, complaining about the sales staff at the call centre, and customer services.
I really really want to buy both the upright and the multi together, to receive the £50 discount you get for purchasing both at the same time... but now my problem starts, I have a beautiful but very furry dog, so it makes sense to upgrade from the standard models, to the more robust, and recommended models for use with animals. If I purchased just the upright, and upgraded to the K9 it would cost me £50 extra, if I purchased just the multi, it would be another £20 to upgrade that one, that's £70 more in total. So.... will someone please explain, why, if I buy both items together, investing more of my hard earned cash, do Gtech want to charge me £119 and not £70 to do so?!!!
I called the sales line to ask, the guy on there didn't/couldn't understand my point, and told me "why don't you just buy the standard models, there isn't much difference, only the brush bar" Great sales technique.... Not!!!
I then spoke to Mike in customer services, he understood my point, told me he would find out about the situation, suggesting that maybe there was an error in pricing on the website. I was promised a call within two hours. Four days later... sadly no call.
Hey Gtech... I really really want to buy your product, but I am not going to be ripped off for £50 in the process! I just hope someone from Gtech with some common sense puts this ridiculous pricing issue right. Your sales staff obviously need a lot more training, and customer services need to start offering service to your customers!!

You have now changed the prices, but....
You make no mention of the fact the situation was as I described, you don't say "sorry about trying to rip off our customers, but we have changed the pricing now, thanks for pointing out our error". No, you make no admission at all, and while not actually saying so, making it look like I made the story up!
Long and short if this, since reading all your (of which there are many) one star reviews on here, I have decided I don't trust Gtech, and so for that reason, yesterday I spent my money on Sharks Complete True Pet range, with their 5 year Free Warranty.
