FAKE NEWS scare mongers

I am sick of reading FAKE NEWS from the mirror.... especially regarding the weather, practically every day they are making up some lie or other... Gales... Snow... Blizzards....Ice storms.... anything they think will grab the readers attention and click on it.... isnt their a law against lying? .....if you want to know about weather, ignore The Mirror and check out a designated weather website, one that isnt a scare mongering money grabbing lying one!
If you hadn't guessed... it makes me so angry!!!
PS where is the negative star button... I resent having to give awful companies a positive!

Oh my goodness.. perfection

Oh my goodness... what a gem of a company this is!!!
I was searching for willow hedging on a roll, and found exactly what I wanted on Amazon, but as usual I tried to find the seller online to see if buying direct might be cheaper 😊.... I found them, and it was !!! £5 less per item, so instantly saved myself £25!
I ordered on Saturday afternoon, they arrived Monday morning!! .... absolutely incredible, a truly seamless purchase, plus I could pay via paypal, which means I could split the payment into 3 😊 .... delivered by DHL with superb tracking information and emails.
I have been duped with this particular item in the past, with shady sellers using photos of the item required, but supplying inferior horrendous items the type with two leaves kind of studded on... absolutely horrible.
At the price of these at ONLY £14.99 for 1 x 3 meters I kept my fingers crossed, no need, the rolls are exactly the same as ones I purchased from Home Bargains two years ago for £24.99 each!!!! I cannot tell you how delighted I am with my purchase, for the item, but also ease of ordering, smooth delivery and total satisfaction.... not something that happens very often these days! Thank you Online Value... I shall return!!!!

I apologise but.....

I apologise if this in any way shape or form sounds anything "ist" , this is not the case!
I simply want to say that I attempted to watch this channel today, and whilst the charming female presenter was easy to understand, the male presenter/owner has a VERY strong accent, and I found it almost IMPOSSIBLE to understand a single word he uttered! He must be the owner, as I cannot for a moment imagine that anyone in the company, in a lower position would agree to let this man on TV to infuriate confuse and deter customers from watching or buying!... I've never seen anyone present on a shopping channel before that would actively reduce sales!!!!
Perhaps subtitles would be an answer!... or dare I say it... elocution lessons?

Beautiful Voiles Fantastic Seller!

Beautiful Voiles, fantastic service. There was a manufacturing fault in one of my items, the seller very kindly despatched another the very next day without quibble.... a real delight to deal with this seller. The voiles are an exact match to some I purchased elsewhere 15 or so years ago, the quality of these voiles are just amazing! This has been a delightful ebay experience... I wish there were more like this! PERFECT in all aspects!

Hopeless App... disastrous website... charming call centre staff!

Right, first off the 4 stars are purely for the members of staff manning the phones.... the quick pay app that is recommended when you ring is a total flop, I have never been able to register my card on it! The website payment system is equally pathetic.
The staff have always been so pleasant to talk to, they are loyal to their employers when you have a moan about all the flaws and faults in the system, but that is to be commended. It must be very tiring speaking to customers all day with what they must realise are valid complaints!
Anyway Beth, these 4 stars are for you and your colleagues... I couldnt in all honesty give you 5 as I wouldn't want to give Merseyflow the idea that as a company they are doing a good job! Mersey flow.... please get your act together and sort out your so called quick pay app.... it's been live for years and has NEVER WORKED .... also sort out your telephone automated system which after telling the annoying bot my registration number 20 times with the response "sorry I do not understand what you are saying" 😡 .. eventually the bot gave up, thankfully.... just before I could load my pistol and shoot myself... and finally got to speak to the charming REAL person Beth.
Lastly.... please sort out your signage on the Bridge both directions.... confusing information, its not clear ...obviously (read the reviews!) be nice and take note of what your customers are having gripes about!!!! BTW what does the big red C even mean? 🤔

Rude GOSH Fundraisers in Rhyl

I was not harassed in my home, but I was harassed whilst out shopping, on two consecutive days!
I was leaving Home Bargains in Rhyl and a young male called out, "Hello Curly Whirly, can I ask you a silly question".... I am an adult and yes I have curly hair, what right has this kid to address me is such a way, and to assume I am going to be interested in what his silly question might be!
The following day Easter Saturday when leaving Sainsburys in Rhyl, I was spoken to by a different male, "Hello Miss Curly can I ask you a silly question" ... what the hell!!!!! These rude young people are obviously trained to pick out some physical feature, perhaps to somehow appeal to their victims, well it doesnt work! Nor does the chat line... can I ask you a silly question!
GOSH do you have any idea how these young yobs are alienating people from an otherwise undoubted great cause? I would no more sign up with them for donations, thereby giving them some monetary benefit for capturing me, than fly to the moon.
Think on GOSH and perhaps stick to professional means of getting funds, and not using rude flyby money grabbing youths.

Too much hype... not enough quality!

This year following all the advertising for m&s prossecco and orange Christmas Pudding, telling all the viewers how wonderful it was, I decided to entrust M&S with my Christmas food order, collection date 24th December... I received my email telling me my orders (I ended up placing 4 in total) would be available on the due day... then when I turn up to collect, assistant says..."have you been told about the Christmas Pudding?".... no I said, to then be told, none had been delivered...at all! But I was welcome to have one of the alternatives... a post box cake, or a chocolate log cake! Neither of which were a pudding, or would have gone well with the brandy butter and cream in my order that did show up! Why did I not get an email warning me if they had a problem, which would have given me half a chance to find one elsewhere, but nothing! Also in my orders... posh turkey gravy... posh? It was absolutely horrible and went straight down the plug hole, bread sauce supplied was the worst I ever tasted, cauliflower cheese was rock hard and tasteless, these so called time saving prepared vegetables were a disaster! I shall never place another food order with M&S and I feel very strongly, that people entrusting M&S with their Christmas food orders should be prepared for major disappointment!

Sticky labels INSIDE shoes... why?

I just spent over an hour of my busy life, trying to remove your horrible sticky labels from inside a pair of shoes I purchased from you today!

Why on earth would someone put labels (pricing label and a size label) on the inside of a suede lined leather shoe? Why do you need to put them on the inside at all? Why do you use cheap nasty labels that are almost impossible to remove, and when you finally do, the surface lifts off, leaving the very sticky, non water soluble glue? This is not the first time, all the shoes I have purchased in-store have these crazy labels inside, why can't you label them on the bottom like 99.9% of other companies? Why on earth do you even use size labels, when all shoes have a size either printed on or engraved in at manufacture!

These shoes now have a horrible greasy stain over the suede lining, how crazy your system is. I shall not be purchasing shoes from you again, I just wasted £20 on what I thought was a great bargain. The pair I bought the other week, that also had these evil labels inside, just continually collect dust and grime where the label was removed, I have tried all sorts to remove the glue residue, a nice pair of shoes, once again ruined!
Time to change your labels ... glue and methods!
I will be leaving a trust pilot review, with the contents of this email, someone needs to read this and put changes (common sense) into action!
Update: Bearing in mind, I emailed customer services on 23rd June, received an automated reply, saying they will be in touch shortly......it is now a whole month later, and guess what..... NO RESPONSE whatsoever from them!
Very disappointed in your company and customer service, there is NO customer service! You need to think about who pays your salaries, no customer service will eventually equal NO Customers!!!!

Three months after taking my money..

Three months after taking my money... I am STILL awaiting a completed website! Ben Rogers who promised me the simple web pages I required would be finished within days, and assured me that I only had to email a couple of links of Websites that I wanted mine to resemble... Is soooooooo slow, talks in riddles (and I explained that I am not internet speak savy!) and has offered me nothing like I provided links for! Asking me to resend photography ... Why?...did he delete the originals?
Currently almost a week since last emailed him, and still awaiting a response. Logshines... I want this finished, preferably this coming week, and I also want compensation for the ridiculous length of time this has taken! My experience has been nothing like the one I was promised by your sales team!!!!
I am disappointed and shocked, that in this day and age, a company working in this field could be so unprofessional slow and uncaring.
If you do not finish this project this week, I expect 100% of my money refunded. You have cost me enough in lost revenue by not providing the website, kindly do the right thing now!
Latest Update: I was informed today, that my email was "missed" because Ben Rogers received a lot of emails the day I sent it!!!!!! However, at least I got a call from him... I wonder if that could have anything to do with the power of Trust pilot!

Crazy

Right, I will tell you straight away, that I am not complaining about the product. I am though, complaining about the sales staff at the call centre, and customer services.
I really really want to buy both the upright and the multi together, to receive the £50 discount you get for purchasing both at the same time... but now my problem starts, I have a beautiful but very furry dog, so it makes sense to upgrade from the standard models, to the more robust, and recommended models for use with animals. If I purchased just the upright, and upgraded to the K9 it would cost me £50 extra, if I purchased just the multi, it would be another £20 to upgrade that one, that's £70 more in total. So.... will someone please explain, why, if I buy both items together, investing more of my hard earned cash, do Gtech want to charge me £119 and not £70 to do so?!!!
I called the sales line to ask, the guy on there didn't/couldn't understand my point, and told me "why don't you just buy the standard models, there isn't much difference, only the brush bar" Great sales technique.... Not!!!
I then spoke to Mike in customer services, he understood my point, told me he would find out about the situation, suggesting that maybe there was an error in pricing on the website. I was promised a call within two hours. Four days later... sadly no call.
Hey Gtech... I really really want to buy your product, but I am not going to be ripped off for £50 in the process! I just hope someone from Gtech with some common sense puts this ridiculous pricing issue right. Your sales staff obviously need a lot more training, and customer services need to start offering service to your customers!!

You have now changed the prices, but....
You make no mention of the fact the situation was as I described, you don't say "sorry about trying to rip off our customers, but we have changed the pricing now, thanks for pointing out our error". No, you make no admission at all, and while not actually saying so, making it look like I made the story up!
Long and short if this, since reading all your (of which there are many) one star reviews on here, I have decided I don't trust Gtech, and so for that reason, yesterday I spent my money on Sharks Complete True Pet range, with their 5 year Free Warranty.

BRILLIANT!

After being stuck in a contract with a different agent, with hardly any interest, we were absolutely delighted with all the viewings that came via Express. The house sold in just over 2 weeks!
Special thanks to Ted in sales. He kept us totally informed, and followed up on every viewing, lovely guy with a great sense of humour. Also to Katie in progression dept, she was always willing to tell us what was happening.
I have to congratulate Express, right from the initial visit from David, we were constantly amazed by the speed of all aspects, sign going up... Photography... Follow ups and most importantly the super fast sale!
We have another house listed with them, and can't wait for the next "sold" sign to go up! Thank you to all involved... Great job Express!!!! Carolyn

Three in a row... Stolen!

Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with a police officer. I am sick of this company.
Three parcels have gone "missing" all state delivered, none of which ever got to my gate, let alone my door! One parcel states "left in a safe location" I would like Hermes to come to my house and show me where I possess one... I do not!
I have sat like an idiot chatting to someone in India on their web chat, who come up with off the shelf lines, van broke down, system failure etc all total lies. The Berk who did use to actually get to the door previously was too lazy to ring my doorbell and just dumped stuff on my step... Sadly he or his replacement doesn't even do that... He sits at home keying in that he delivered the parcels, and probably having a bit of an amazing pass the parcel game with his mates! Well I hope he is a size 12 and on a low carb diet, or he won't like my items much!
One parcel states it was delivered at 9pm!!!! Do we believe that?.... No we damn well don't! This is a bunch of self employed (bet they don't pay tax) idiots who couldn't care less. They can just press a button and hey presto they get paid for delivering! I bought my items from eBay sellers, they look up the barcodes and see it's delivered, why should they care if I actually got it or not? eBay will look at the so called "proof" that it was delivered, and any non delivery case will go against me! I have been promised three times, that I would get an email from customer services within 24-48 hours.... Guess what.... NOTHING!
