Review of Norse Atlantic Airways

Avoid at All Costs!

Norse delayed my flight by 2 hours, then delayed it overnight, then, after we checked in, they cancelled the flight - complete madness! Missed days of my holiday.
The worst part is that they owe me a refund for food and beverages purchased during the overnight stay, which they have refused to pay, and they have not yet given me compensation for the cancelled flight. Shambles of a business avoid at all costs.

I would give 6 stars, if that was an option!

Excellent service from Joe, very personal, made me feel like I was his only customer. The best touch was showing photos from the actual seats that were on offer so no surprises when we go to the show.

100% recommend Theatre Prive!

THE WORST - 0 STARS

THE BIKES ALLOWED US TO DRIVE INTO THE RED ZONE FOR 2 MILES BEFORE THEY STOPPED WORKING. WE WERE THEN STUCK AND TOLD TO WALK THE BIKES BACK TO THE ZONE. OBVIOUSLY, WE COULDN'T DO THAT, AND IT WAS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT FOR ALLOWING THE BIKES TO WORK IN THE RED ZONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY THEN CHARGED US £20 EACH AS A FINE?? NO APOLOGIES, AND THE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE LIME BIKES OR WALK INSTEAD.

The red no-parking zone is shown in the app both before and during your ride. This information is also included in the welcome email and welcome carousel when you first join, and a pop-up appears in the app the first time you start a ride to explain these zones.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have permission from the local council to allow ride endings in these zones.

I can see you’ve also contacted our support team via email, so we’ll be sending you a map of our operational area to avoid any future issues.

John Payne? More like John Pain

Our experience with John Payne (should be Pain!) was incredibly disappointing and ultimately cost us a rental property due to their negligence and lack of basic professional competence.

Throughout the process, it became painfully clear that our agent did not possess the knowledge or attention to detail required for her role. Key information was delayed or submitted incorrectly, and when we raised concerns, we were either brushed off or given vague, inconsistent responses.

The lack of communication and poor understanding of the rental process caused avoidable delays, and in the end, the deal fell through entirely, not due to anything on our side, but purely because of how poorly things were handled by the agent.

It’s incredibly frustrating to lose out on a home because of someone else’s incompetence. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with this agency, especially if you’re expecting even the most basic level of professionalism or accountability.

Terrible Customer Service.

Terrible Customer Service.

Their system caused me to be charged twice for the same product, understandale error, but then they forced me to pay a return fee and got told I'm lying by their useless customer service department has left me with a terrible overall experience. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company as they have no clue how to treat previously loyal customers and are prepared to fight over £3.99.

Imagine if you had to dispute for more..

You were charged twice because you have placed 2 orders. There was no system error. We have investigated this and there were no error logs or any reports of duplicated orders.

The £3.99 charge is applicable for any item which is returned for a refund, if you choose to use our returns label. The use of our label is not compulsory and you are welcome to use your preferred courier to return any unwanted items.

Lastly, I would like to point out that providing you with information and/or instructions which differ from your preferred outcome does not constitute bad customer service.

Their connection is diabolical, their “customer service” is literally nonexistent and I’ve had more than one dubious charge to my account from these thieves. Whatever you do DO NOT USE three for mobile or broadband, absolute jokers.

Selling stolen goods.

Ordered an unlocked pixel 3a for my girlfriend's birthday, spent half the day transferring files and setting up the device only to discover that the device is locked to EE!
Contacted customer support, who suggested I go to my nearest branch for a replacement device. Made the journey there only to be told they cannot help me as it's an online purchase and that there are no more devices available online so I can either have a refund or nothing at all. Found a white version of the device online which was slightly more expensive and requested that they reduce the price to make a amends for the trouble I've had to go through, seems fair right? Well not according to CEX, who refused to even consider that an option.
Ended up having to return the device and will have to now take my money elsewhere.
Also note that I contacted EE to have the phone unlocked and was informed by them that the device was actually blacklisted. Yes, CEX is selling blacklisted devices to the public.
Don't waste your time here just to save a few bucks, rather take your money elsewhere who won't sell you stolen goods.

All items brought to us for sale are checked and tested before they are traded in, and also before they are sold to other customers. The serial numbers of the items are verified against the police database to determine whether they are lost or stolen.

Most of the time, items are reported as lost or stolen after they have been tested and sold to us which CeX has no control over. In such scenarios, we readily offer refunds/replacements so that our customers aren't affected.

The stores can only offer a like to like replacement in case if it is available in stock, in absence of this a refund is processed for the order. Also, we are unable to reduce the price of any items or offer discounts to customers.

I have sent an email on the same thread against which you were corresponding with the support team and please feel free to reply to it for any other assistance.
