100% positive 500+ feedback and the awful customer service whenever I sell on here, results in eBay siding with buyers and absolutely stomping on sellers. I've sold a high end laptop to somebody with good feedback, and 29 days later they've changed their mind and magically the laptop is now damaged. eBay has forced me to not only have it returned, but for me to pay for the return.
They've removed fees for sellers as they're floundering after years of declining quality in service. Don't waste your time on this platform.
I'm leaving to pay extra elsewhere where I'm not defecated on constantly.

Fraud by making a legitimate claim guaranteed to fail. Lost out on a suncontractor damaging the webcam, then repackaging it in a carrier bag to seem it was my fault.
My original claim was forwarded to the claims team to finalise before I stopped receiving any replies. Now an agent is saying I need to submit the same pictures, shes claiming there is no damage even though the webcam is missing and only a cable remains...

We have used love2shop for 10+ years but lost a set of vouchers last Xmas.
After contacting customer services they wouldn't extend the vouchers even though we hadn't used them and had the original copies.
Lost at least 5+ customers going forward 👌

*Unbelievably poor internet speeds
*5ghz band does not provide any internet, yet customer service continue to lie and say nothing is wrong on their end
*I live in a standard terrace house yet they continue to say it's something in my home...we have barely any furniture or items in our home due to readying to emigrate
*Slowest and most unapologetically arsey customer service I have came across.
Avoid like the plague and pay more to go elsewhere, do not be tempted by cashback

I have been a member for over 10 years, and the site has only got greedier with fees, outdated UI and horrendous customer service.
The site is biased towards buyers and doesn't allow complaints. They desire as little involvement in the process as possible but will steal every penny and make contact with them nigh impossible.
Good bye ebay, you lost your way and now you're a knockoff. I suppose Amazon replaced you!

I have always lived near an easyjet airport and have been a loyal customer since 16 but no longer. They are now no better than Ryanair and refuse refunds even under quarantine scenarios.
They've tried to circumvent cash refunds by providing voucher yet they pay nearly £180million to share holders and Stelios even called to sack staff.
Avoid at all costs, I'm still waiting for £200 refund

After being on hold for 50 minutes we called on a separate line and got through within 3 minutes. After speaking to customer service, the phone line announced "there was an error" and cut the call. No further calls could even get through.
The reason for calling in the first place? Nobody even turned up. The driver arranged a 2-4pm arrival and didn't bother telling us he wouldn't be able to make it. I called him at 4 to be told "maybe 5." After not hitting the 5 mark he calls to apologise and say he can do it the next day.
Also, we tried removing an item after making the order and were told we could remove it but would still have to pay the original price. It's a shame as we have used the company before and move twice yearly for our job so would repeatedly use this service. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
EDIT
After getting a call back, we had a young representative huff, say there isn't anything we can do, there isn't a complaints team and tell us "his manager will same the same things and nothing can be done."
Oh, and they refuse to give a full refund with 24 hours notice even under theses circumstances.
Highly advise this company is avoided as it is pot luck to get a good driver.

After paying for particular seats for me and my partners first holiday together, they moved our seating on both flights. After raising a complaint several months ago, I only received a reply then starting thank you for the feedback, asking for my name, flights details etc then closing the query and providing no option to reply.
This company clearly has all of my information and are simply hiring lazy incompetent staff. I will call and if a refund isn't provided, I will take this to an ombudsman. I advise every other person to do this as it costs the company £500 per claim to resolve.

Finally took over a month to organise a move and I cancelled it due to incompetence and EXTREMELY rude non-English speaking staff.
