Good product at a good price that was delivered efficiently.

When I picked the car up the model I had asked for wasn't available. I was offered an equivalent car with snow tyres and sat nav and was led to believe this was included in the price already paid and was surprised and annoyed to receive a substantial extra bill on my return from the trip.
