Efficient! What more can I say, order on line, various payment options to suit, good discounts for buying in bulk and prompt delivery.

The fitter arrived on time, was very helpful, efficient and did a neat and tidy job. Once completed he talked me throughout the process to link the charger to the app and explained how it would work and all the dos and don’ts. Very impressed.

Website gave all necessary information about the plants, easy ordering, promp confirmation, and accurate updates on the status of my order. My plants arrived today - in the one hour time slot advised - safely and securely packed and looking healthy and strong. Overall a very happy experience.

The system just works. Kept up to date regarding dispatch and our local courier service then keeps you up to date regarding delivery with a 2 hour slot. For me, personally, I can’t see how it could be improved.

Great products at good prices. Delivery has always been as advertised with updates as to dispatch. Returns have always been dealt with promptly.

Orders and returns are easy which is important to me when ordering ‘on line’ and the quality is always excellent. My only criticism with regards to ordering clothes is that I wish the sizing would refer more to high street sizes. The actual measurements of garments differs with the different styles so, even within the same brand, I find I need different sizes.

Easy to order, kept informed as to progress and good value for money. Love the facility to set up the regular order which takes the stress out of making sure I always have supplies to keep my dog as healthy as possible.

When lockdown happened I decided to try to keep in touch with family and friends by sending flowers. I had received flowers from Bloom and Wild so checked out their website. I thought the prices compared favourably with other companies and so set out on a program of sending 4 bouquets each month, I chose the letterbox flowers to ensure social distancing. Over the year I must have sent at least 25 bouquets and every recipient, without exception was thrilled with the flowers, even more so when the developed beautifully into full bloom over a few days. I never had any problems with delays or delivery and so would highly recommend this company. They are still my go to choice.

So easy. Going through the process on the website was straight forward and then I was kept up to date on the status of my order and the delivery was on time. I am extremely suspicious of buying things on line but I am happy to say that the product was exactly as expected, the genuine article.

I love the fact that they email with a 1 hour slot for delivery. On a personal note, to email me (a retired person) at 7.45am to say delivery will be 8 - 9 is a bit of a waste of time as we will still be in bed, maybe if it's going to be a early delivery an email the day before would be more helpful. Having said that, getting up to the knock on the door is not a problem and it's good to be able to clear the day. The deliveries are always in the times they say, very reliable.

Service great but the time-out limit is a bit short if setting up an account and having to fill in all your details. At the end of the process it tells you to check your order and 'complete' at which point I had 7 seconds left so felt pressurised. Otherwise, completely happy with the process, tickets arrived 5 days later and are now filled away awaiting our night out.
