I hired a couple of scanner to digitise a life’s worth of photos. The service from start to finish has been outstanding. They bent over backwards to get a scanner out to me even with a bank holiday in the way.

The best duvet I have ever owned and does exactly as promised. Just went to order more for our other bedrooms to find out that they’re no longer trading. What an absolute shame because not only was the product fantastic, the service was brilliant too.

I ordered back in March and I still haven't received the goods. They don't take calls and ignore every email. Absolute ripp off merchants - avoid like the plague!

The idea is really great but the actual product is just okay. The frame came marked and the white mount backing looks cheap. It’s nowhere as premium looking in real life as shown on the website. Way to focus on the outside box and unboxing experience only to be disappointed by a mediocre implementation. It’s now awful, it’s just not met my expectations.

I was worried about how to transition my 9 week old puppy to Different Dog. I’d read about slowly introducing the food as to not upset his stomach. 100% transition made and he clearly prefers DD. No tummy upsets either.
The added benefit of DD not smelling like traditional dog food is brilliant as it’s sitting in defrosting in the fridge waiting to be used.
I also considered Butternut Box but DD just felt like higher quality and healthier offering.

It took more effort than I’d have liked to set Echo up, and it could be the fault of my doctor’s surgery rather than Echo’s fault. Once set up it works perfectly well. They’ve recently changed the standard size of the postage box and it no longer fits through my letterbox so they’re now no benefit to me as there now an extra step that I have to collect from the local post office.

Awful website and just hope you don’t have to contact customer care as they’re impossible to get through to when (and not if) something goes wrong with the website or the inputting if data. On the positives, when (eventually) you do get the delivery loaded on to their system, then often delivery to the US is only a couple of days and the price is always good. It’s just a bargain basement service all round and in all respects.
