Easy pickup and drop-off process, and the vehicle provided was a new hybrid, which was a great plus. Overall, everything went smoothly and the car was in excellent condition.

The only downside was the debit card transaction charges added to the total amount. For a large rental company, especially when already charging premium location fees and other extra charges, these transaction fees were unexpected. It would be more customer-friendly if such costs were covered by the company.

Aside from this issue, the rental experience was very very good.

Worst customer service ever, no one answer phone calls and when you fill online enquiry form no response for many days and when they respond they always provide no satisfactory outcome or resolution.

Everything went well from browsing to delievery, the turnaround time was way better than expected.
