This company do everything they say on the box. Efficient delivery and return and tip top equipment. Scanned 6500 photos in 3 easy days. Top tip though is to prepare your photos (remove from Albums etc) BEFORE you get the scanner then it is so quick. Would highly recommend.

Clear booking process and when we had a couple of minor issues (on a Saturday) they were very quick to respond and rectify the issues

I arranged this with Grace Reeve in the Edinburgh Office who has previously put together an itinerary for us. She was proactive, knowledgeable, understanding and interpreted our needs perfectly. I am just waiting for final confirmation of a few details but have every confidence.

Our second qettle. Great product and excellent service.

This is our second Qettle and we bought it for a house in Spain. We are delighted with it , as we were the first one. There only seems to be one distributor in Spain but it is far cheaper to buy it direct (even adding on taxes) than buying it from him. Just need to be aware there is no service backup in Spain in case of problems.

I have just bought a new coffee machine and needed coffee. I searched for a company that looked small and friendly and able to help me through the maze of coffee styles, grind size, extraction rate etc etc..

Coffee Bean Shop was just the job. They offer an excellent stater pack with 4 contrasting coffees to help you decide. They all come accompanied with information on the bean and tasting notes. I even got a hand written note of welcome to the "Club" which was a nice touch.

Delivery was efficient and I am enjoying the coffees and they will become my "goto" supplier. Cannot fault them at all.

I have used Excel for about 10 years now for transfers of Euros to Spain. I always used to check with 2 other providers and Excel were always offering the best rate. That continues to be the case. Excel were also very helpful when I sold a property in Spain and need to repatriate some money. You can work online but there is always a friendly helpful human at the end of a phone line as well. I recommend Ian and his team very highly.

Easy ordering and very quick efficient delivery.

The meals are a good size and are tasty. Some need a bit more seasoning for my taste but that's subjective.

Unlike products such as Wiltshire Farm Foods (WFF) these are not complete meals so you need to add veg/rice/potatoes. My Mother uses a combination of WFF and ParsleyBox and I like that she has to make her own sides as it keeps her doing a little bit.

I have been using Excel for about 9 years now for transfers from UK to Spain. When I started to use them I was guaranteed the best rate I would get anywhere. I didn't believe this claim!! For the first few transactions I phoned round my usual 3 companies before going to Excel and Excel was always the best. Sometimes not by much but always just ahead. I now only check occasionally (to make sure they haven't slipped!) and they still always offer me the best price.

The company are really easy to deal with and once the relationship is established a simple phone call or email and the transfer is completed. No big forms or hassle factor.

I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars based on excellent service for a long time.
