Great experience. Trainers were perfect. They were the only place had them left in stock. Fast delivery and fast refund (I ordered two pairs and returned one).

This company are charging Northern Ireland customers £24 for delivery of a few travel cups (DPD (2-4 working days) (Excl. Local Import Duty & Tax): £24.00).
Yes £24 delivery to another part of the UK.
I ordered elsewhere for £3.99 postage to NI for the same product. 83% cheaper for delivery.
I order a lot from mainland UK, but I’ve never come across this sort of extortionate postage combined with a poor email response.
*I didn’t place my order because when I came to check out I’m wasn’t prepared to pay £24 for delivery. I emailed asking about cheaper delivery options and wasn’t offered any in the replies. The delivery issue/correspondence was part of my experience (trying to) shop, so I feel it’s entirely appropriate to leave a review - especially as I tried to engage to find a solution.
**The cups were only slightly more expensive from the other website (£26.99 vs £26.40 & £26.99 vs £25.80).

I can see you’ve left a 1 star review without placing an order, so you haven’t really had an experience with us and are only disappointed with the delivery pricing, this shouldn’t be something to warrant a 1 star review..
The delivery options are priced according to what it costs our company, our products range from as little as 5g all the way up to 100kg+, it's extremely difficult to price delivery internationally but we try to be as reasonable as possible.
Post-Brexit it has becoming very challenging in exporting products, we are doing our best to continually improve our offerings, but as it stands, this is the only (reliable) option we can offer.
If you’re able to arrange delivery cheaper, we also offer a collection option too for you to arrange your own delivery.
We have many happy customers in Northern Ireland, our loyal NI customers shop with us as they appreciate our product range and service.
We feel this review is unfair as you haven’t placed an order with us and you’ve left us a negative review because your not happy with the pricing structure of our delivery options.
Despite our disappointment in the review, we will continue to work on our delivery options and improve them moving forwards for our customers.

Our customer service team responded explaining that unfortunately we didn't have any other delivery options. It may not have been the response with a lower price you expected, but there was a customer service pre-sales response nonetheless.
You have clearly left us a negative review because you're not happy with our delivery prices to NI, I've explained that unfortunately, we don't have any other reliable options right now, especially post-Brexit.
Hopefully we will have more options in the future, but it's not fair to leave a negative review because it's not cheap enough.
You can buy most products online through our website for a fraction of the price of other marketplaces, hence you attempted to shop with us in the first place, you then found cheaper delivery elsewhere which brought your overall total down and you decided to shop elsewhere, which is absolutely fine, but we shouldn't be given a negative review for this.

Beautiful pink linen pyjamas. Really good quality. Worth every Penny. I’m a uk size 12 in trousers, ordered medium and they fitted perfectly. I’m smaller on top (a uk 10 normally) so I ordered a small which was great.

Lovely clothes, I can’t resist the botanical patterns. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who was nice and helpful. My main issue is the length of time it takes to process returns or exchanges. Seems to take weeks to get the money back or to receive an exchange.

I really like my coat, it's well made and stylish. Just was a bit surprised at the price increase online vs in a shop. The shop didn't have my size hence I looked online. Luckily I found an discount voucher that brought the price in nearly the same.
