Problems with deliveries?

Twice i've ordered from size? and had problems. October 2025 order didn't arrive. February 2026 paid extra for next day delivery and it was delayed, however they have since given me a refund of the full cost of delivery

Rocking recliners discontinued

Ordered 2 x rocking recliners mid October for a mid November delivery. Unfortunately we could not accept the delivery date they gave us as we didn't have the keys to our new house yet, so asked can you deliver the following week. They said they'd have to cancel the delivery and re-book us in, they'd phone us the next week.
I waited 2 weeks then chased them up - not able to give me a delivery date but they'd phone us within the next 2 weeks. Chased them up again the following week as it was getting closer to Christmas - sorry, there has been a shipping delay and they've been discontinued, we're definitely still getting them though, but still can't say when - so they've given the chairs I paid for back in October, to someone else!!! At this point we were offered an alternative, but we declined as we were told we were definitely still getting our order.
The store we bought them from then phoned us 9 weeks after ordering to say we were no longer getting them - which leaves us at 14th December with no chairs for Christmas. We phoned customer service to see about getting the alternative we had been offered, who said a manager would phone us back (they didn't until prompted 2 days later) We were then told we were not getting an alternative and that we would be getting our money back. Absolutely diabolical customer service, waiting at least 10 minutes every single time I phoned before answering, not phoning back when they say they will, not returning call when requesting a call-back from website. Only good thing I can say about this company is that Ruaridh from the Dundee branch was sympathetic.

Fees

NEARLY booked with this website, thankfully I noticed my £100 flights had turned into £169 due to their ridiculous fees before the payment had gone through. Only Visa electron is free! Total cost changes top right of the screen but doesn't alert you! Just says £1.50 + fee where you type your card number. Also no option for debit card which made me suspicious. BEWARE!!!
