Super products

Super products, fast order processing and friendly contact. Will definitely order again. Using an alternative parcel service would be great, though. DPD sucks in Germany and regular postal service / DHL would be far better.

Does Express24 refer to days or even weeks?

Apologies, since it seems the delay is being caused by DHL as opposed to Parcelforce. The Parcelforce customer service has been very helpful and extremely fast finding that out for me. Thank you,Carolyn!

I sent a pretty urgent 2000€ value parcel from Germany to UK almost a week ago. For some reasons DHL handed it Parcelforce Express24. Parcelforce for some reasons doesn't bother to update the status at all since last Saturday morning and DHL can't tell me what's going on since it was handed over to Parcelforce.
