Slow delivery times and poor customer service
Ordered horse feed on 6th March. No update until 13th March when they sent four separate emails for each line item on the order with tracking numbers for DPD that are four digits too short so can't actually be tracked.
Eventually received one of the items on 16th March marked as box 4 of 4 but no sign of the other three boxes!
No phone number listed so only contact is by email which was not responded to until 17th March and just saying that they would get my order out to me to arrive tomorrow! This made no sense as it was supposedly already on its way to me so I emailed again to query and no response at all
Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with for horse feed and not to be able to telephone for customer service is a real red flag.
Needless to say I won't be using them again
