I ordered 2 "luxury leather hobo" bag. After a two week wait, I have today received 2 cheap pvu/plastic/other materials bags with faulty zips.
There is no way to contact the company other than by way of their pre-formatted form or email.
The original advert stated that the owner of the company was giving up due to pain in her hands. Absolute nonsense. The whole transaction is a scam and I am waiting for a refund of £71-91
