I’ve used glowwa hair food for about a month or so now. I have really noticed the difference in how shiny it has made my hair. It has definitely given it some life back. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have any nasties in them which is rare with these products. Definitely look forward to trying more of Glowwa’s products
