The product didn’t work so I packaged…

The product didn’t work so I packaged it up along with my invoice and all necessary paperwork, including proof of purchase I I paid eight dollars to ship it back and waited for my $16 credit back to my account and never received it. It’s been over a month. Not good business in my opinion.
