If I could leave negative stars I would.

I ordered a pair of frames from Ottica on 31st December 2025 paying by PayPal. They advised immediately that my frames were out of stock, but should be shipped in 25 to 30 business days.

By the 25th of January I had received no info from them so I wrote to them saying that, if I don't receive a positive response from them by 30th January to say the frames are on their way, I will cancel my order and will expect a full refund.

They responded on the 26th January to say they still had not received the frames. I emailed them the same day, cancelling my order and asked for a refund.

According to their website, PayPal refunds should be received within 1-3 business days. I had to write to them on the 11th February asking where my refund was. They responded stating sorry we will cancel your order and refund you (why wasn't the order cancelled on the 26th January when I asked for it to be). I have had to write to them again today because I still have not received my money.

This company is a fraud, they have had my money since 31st December, I cancelled on the 26th January and I still have not received a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
