Not a good experience!

I should have read reviews before ordering from these guys. Put a large order in, some were out of stock. Split order arranged for delivery with their delivery company, they get you to pick a day for delivery. So I arranged joiners to come the day after only on the day to be told delivery is now one day late. Messed me up with joiners. The out of stock doors didn’t come when they said and no email was sent to say this. The customers service team, if you can even get through are poor. One girl sounded like she did not want to be there. Have spent hours on hold trying to get through, seems like they just don’t care about customer satisfaction. Wouldn’t use again

Unfortunately, Rhenus the couriers we used for your order experienced an internal system issue affecting a handful of orders and causing them to be delayed. For this we would like to sincerely apologise and completely understand your frustration regarding this, we are in the process of bringing in our own delivery fleet to allow us to have more control over the deliveries and provide a consistently reliable service to our customers.

Regarding the out-of-stock door on your order, the dates provided are estimated and unfortunately can experience delays for a variety of reasons, such as bad weather affecting the port and containers coming in, this is something that is completely outside of our control. We will always try to keep customers updated if a restocking date has been pushed back however as we supply external supplier products we sometimes do not find out about the delay until the customer has requested an update.
