THIS IS SCAMMING

I’ve been using this company for about a year without major issues, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
A few days ago, €100 was credited to my account by the company. I used this money to play, and only after it had already been wagered, the company suddenly deducted the same €100 from my balance — without any explanation.
What makes the situation worse is that customer support has been completely ignoring me for three days. No clarification, no response, nothing.
This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend being very careful when dealing with this company.

Update - 4days without any answer from their customer service but i get repy here at Trustpilot. Will see if they continue ignoring or will try to solve it.
