Unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't buy again.

I bought the item on January 9th and paid the quick delivery service (4-7 business days). Today February 2nd I still have not received it. A few days ago I inquired by email about the status of my order. I got no reply whatsoever. Very disappointing service.
