Make sure you check unsubscribing!

I recall unsubscribing but clearly it didn't and it kept charging me 10 months later only to find out and unsubscribing again and checking with the team I was. They refused to refund me despite those 10 months not using it at all, and they would be able to check that. Terrible and I would not recommend them.

As soon as we received your cancellation request for $4.99/mo, your subscription was canceled immediately. The charges you are referring to occurred prior to that request, and our subscription terms, which are clearly stated at signup, do not allow retroactive refunds for past billing periods. This is consistent with standard practice across subscription based software services.

We understand how easy it is for subscriptions to be overlooked, which is why cancellation can be done at any time and takes effect right away once requested. While we are not able to issue refunds for months prior to cancellation, we do take all feedback seriously and appreciate you reaching out to our support team.
