No order confirmation and item hasn’t turned up.

I ordered an item on 7th December. 11 days later and I’ve had no order confirmation or delivery but the money has been taken from my bank.
I contacted customer services and got an automated reply asking me to send proof of purchase. I have done that twice and have had heard nothing back.
Looking at the reviews on here, I suspect I will get another automated response asking me to contact customer services! Which I’ve already done twice. They asked to email with my order number but there was no confirmation email so I don’t have one!!
There is no telephone number to speak to an actual human! It seems like a scam to me.
