Disappointing

The customization process was pretty seamless and the options available were sufficient. The items shipped very quickly, but then took 10+ days to arrive. Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the quality of items and lack of attention to detail on some. There were strings hanging off multiple items and huge pieces of the monogrammed backing that hadn’t been trimmed. The kids sports bag was very thin plasticy material and will absolutely not be durable past a handful of uses. The monogramming on this item was also pink and not the orange we ordered. Unfortunately, all personalized items are not returnable, so you’re pretty much out of luck if you order anything you don’t like or wrong sizes.
