We visited this great little shop in June 2025. We have a large German Shepherd, who is quite reactive to strangers so we didn't take him in but the staff were so friendly and so helpful and were very happy for him to come into the shop early morning to avoid too much of a crowd to help fit him for one of their amazing rain coats. This is the only place that I have found that stocks dog coats that actually fit, usually the biggest you can find is 70-75cm. They stock up to 90cm. We ended up leaving without buying a coat, just because we ran out of time but I looked them up a few months later and was greeted with the same lovely customer service over email and phone and the lovely Alex helped us order the right size. For anyone not sure, I was going to order the 90cm after measuring but Alex assured me the 80cm would fit well, we went with her advice and it fits beautifully. The coat is a Fjord waterproof, the quality is brilliant and really is waterproof. Anyone looking for great advice or visiting Keswick and you have pets, make sure you visit this shop, they have absolutely everything.
