Be careful for the additional cost
It was truly annoying that Moveagain informed specifically no additional cost when I make a contract, but I had to pay 200euros by cash on the moving day. Because Moveagain gave me the contract point of worker only at night before moving day, and the work asked me 250euro, because I have more luggage than 10box. I tried to contact Moveagain, but it was already 20:00pm, no one pick up the phone.
My moving time was 8:00am, and the work threatened me to pay 200euro by cash, after loading my luggage, otherwise they will unload all my luggage. I paid, and I also called Moveagain, but no one pick up the phone.

It’s really weird, because it’s the same number I called, and when I close the contract, it’s so easy to talk to human. After calling several times, I could talk to a person, and he said, they can’t help me since I already paid by cash.
So I asked, does it happen frequently, and they said, it happens time to time.
I think it’s really irresponsible, doing nothing to protect customers, knowing that it happened before. I share this information to help the others, not having the same experience I had.
